Creek Bay at Meridian Woods

Well until I moved out. Very heartbreaking

I chose this apartment because it fit well into my price range, not because it was super nice. After a year, they raised the price, pet rent, and started charging for the pool. I don't know how you can call having a pool an amenity when you are going to charge your residents to use it. I understand price increases have to happen to maintain the place, but I wish something would be done to improve the apartments. The windows aren't sealed properly, and shingles are falling off the roof. They don't replace lightbulbs like other apartments I've lived in. They are pretty old, which wouldn't be a problem if they updated them. The maintenance crew is hard working and usually prompt, but I feel like I have them over more than I should. The workout room isn't much... pedal fell off the elliptical when my boyfriend tried to use it. The prices are still lower than most for now, but if they keep increasing the price and not improving the apartments it won't be worth it.
