Contractor did not show up for 2 weeks. Would not answer the phone. They sent an email stating that they would show up the next morning. No call, no show. They called stating that they declined to do the job after we had a contract together. I would never use this company.

Creative flooring pulled up our old carpet and put down laminate wood flooring that matched our kitchen and dining room. They hauled off all the carpet and no mess was left....not even dust as they vacuumed everything up. It was an easy and timely job done very well.

When I called to get information, I was told the turn around time was about 3 weeks. I needed it in a week to pack in the moving van. He told me to bring it in and they would get it done. They were so nice! They did it in a couple days and did a very good job. What a bargain.

We took the carpet pieces in and we were told that since they were 'suddenly busy' that it would take about 10 days to do the job. That was no problem for us as we still had over 2 weeks until Christmas, but did tell them we wanted the pieces by Christmas. When we called 14 (or more) days later, they had not started the job. They said they were sorry but they had been very busy all of a sudden. After an explanation that we expected the job done when it was promised and that we would be reporting to Angie's list, they promised the pieces within 3 days - and they were done as promised the second time. Thank-you, Angie's List, for giving us some 'clout' when we needed it! The workmanship was very good and we are very pleased with the job done. The only problem was with the lack of communication. If they were so busy, I think they should have let us know that there would be a delay. I would definitely use them again (this is the second time we have used them - the first time went very smoothly.) Their prices are very good and their workmanship likewise.

I was very pleased with the whole process. Gary helped me by determining exactly how much carpet I needed of each of the three colors. Once I delivered the purchased carpet to them they completed the rugs in the time promised and they look beautiful.

The work took less than a week. They called to check on a couple of details before finishing my rugs and did a very professional job. I felt the price was reasonable and the work was well done. I would recommend this service.

We bought a 12x12 carpet remnant elsewhere and took it to Creative Flooring Inc to have the edges bound. They were most professional and completed the job as priced and on time. We were very pleased with the finished product, and we saved a lot of dough!

They were very helpful, they did a great job, and the price was reasonable. It took a couple of weeks, but it was ready exactly when they said it would be ready.

This company was recommended by Angie's List and by another floor covering company. We received ideas and a quote from both creative flooring and from another company. John Rosner impressed us with his professional knowledge and advice and, ultimately, his price. We were also pleased be the final product.

I TOOK THE CARPET TO THEM AND IT WAS READY ON TIME FOR PICK UP. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS AND THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB.
