Description of Work: Repaired/replaced rotted joists in the crawl space. I will refer them to my customers and clients (I sell real estate).

Description of Work: Encapsulated 1600 sq ft of crawl space, with closure of 6 windows and insulation of walls and caps. In all project lasted one full day. Crew cleaned up and were very carefull to contain clutter. Process has done wonders for the dampness and musty smell. Also, repaired a disconnected dryer vent at no addition charge.

Description of Work: I am purchasing a home where the C.D. had performed service before. An issue still existed. Something that was missed during the first time service was rendered. I called Matt on behalf of the homeowner and explained to him what the inspection found. An issue discovered that had to be addressed in a timely manner before I would purchase the house. Matt called the homeowner and scheduled the appointment within a few days for himself to inspect the issue. Matt called me sooner than he originally thought and told me that his guys "just missed it" and that the issue was taken care of. Leaning on his words, I accepted the offer and am going to purchase the home. Had Matt told me anything different, I wouldn't had purchased the home. Thanks Crawlspace Dr.s and Matt Deiters.

Description of Work: I asked them to look at my sump pump setup and piping due to a lot of noise. Matt got back to me immediately and setup a time to stop by to see me on a Sat. He diagnosed the situation immediately. I did not have them do the work as my home warranty company required me to use one of their vendors and when I had them replace the sump pump had them fix the check valve. Bottom line Matt was excellent to deal with and would hire them in an instant to do work on my house.

Description of Work: Two men, Shannon and Chad, came out to the house to fill in the gaps and fix the drainage issues in the CrawlSpace. They arrived on time, worked quickly and steadily, were polite and knowledgeable. Shannon was also talking to me about normal upkeep on the house and other problems to watch for to keep the house in proper order. This discussion led me to ask about another issue I may not have asked about. Kevin from the company came out a few days later to look at that. Turns out that issue is a big issue and really needs to be addressed before it is a bigger problem. Thank you for helping me to look into that. Work was all done on time. They cleaned up after themselves and the left me with a disc of pictures of the work the did inside the CrawlSpace.

Description of Work: Needed to replace insulation in crawlspace under family room. I called "Crawlspace Doctor" after reading reports on Angie's List. The estimator, Kevin was very prompt and professional. He even added a cover for our sump pump at no additional cost. The installers arrived at the time scheduled. They cleaned out the crawlspace and installed an insulating blanket thea covers the floor and up the walls. Our family room is nice and warm now that the cold weather is here. This is an A+++ company. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing insulation.

Description of Work: The 100 year old house I purchased had many problems. Matt came out an did a thorough inspection of the crawlspace and cellar. He patiently took the time to explain what I needed. When I told him of budget issues, he kindly wrote up an extremely detailed estimate. This allowed me to focus on things that needed immediate attention and still stay within my budget. I was aware that one of the materials might cause me breathing problems (asthma) and that I might not want the product use. That very day he checked with the supplier and had the chemical name available to me to do research. He was very interested in knowing what I'd find out for future customers. He suggested another method to solve the problem. Scheduling the work was withiin the range of my requested time frame. In fact, at my request the job got done a week ahead of the scheduled work date. I know this is not common but was appreciated. In all, Matt and Bill C. worked very hard to turn a very nasty crawlspace with debris and hanging wires. into a place my allergies could even go. It looks good AND smells good. Although the square footage was small and not his biggest job, I'm sure. I felt that the work: vapor barrier, debris removal, shoring up a beam, creation of a new crawl space door, new sump pump, some tie ups of pipes and wires and a new trench out for the sump pump were done with care and good skill. In fact Matt was kind enough to help me find another very reliable contractor for further work I needed. I would call Matt again, for sure. It is nice to deal with kind people that will take care to find out what you want, teach you about things and do what they say. Thanks, Matt and Bill
