Jay was very helpful with many suggestions to improve the crawl space. The was very smooth. Jay and his team were very clean and completed the job as requested.

Worked with Matt Deiters who managed the job. Extremely cool, easy going guy. He actually has a team of workers who do the work. Some of whom I met. We had to schedule the job 3 weeks out after the estimate (which, by the way, was done 1 day after I called) because he was busy. He actually called 1 week later when time had opened in his schedule saying he could come earlier. Job took 4 days. I checked on the job site each night because I was concerned about new carpet I had recently installed. They kept everything clean. Musty smell from basement is gone. Not only did they clean up all the trash they created, they took some other trash I had laying around in my garage that I wanted thrown away. Matt called me each day with updates which I appreciated. Got a CD of before and after photos when complete. I did not even have to get into the crawlspace myself.

They were polite, helpful and any questions I had they answered for me. They came out within 48 hours. They thought it would take 2 days, but they were able to bring in another worker and got the job done in one day instead. It was a marvelous experience and if I could give them an A+ I would. Their entire company was absolutely wonderful.

They worked for 5 days and did a very good job. They showed up when they said they would. Matt Dieters was very responsive to our calls and requests and their workmen were very cooperative and respectful. We felt they did a very thorough and detailed job. After the job was completed, Matt showed us via his laptop pictures of all the work that had been completed. Matt checked with us periodically to be certain that everything was going as expected. Would highly recommend.

Matt Deiters was one of 3 estimates. He, by far, was most responsive and helpful. He spent a lot of time going over our needs. He recommended a follow-up by a mold company (also excellent!) His price was less as, well, better price and better service! The result was amazing! We now have a crawl space that is mold free and we should have much better energy efficiency. We had 1500 pounds of deprise that he hauled away without cost.

Jay McKinney was wonderful to work with. He told us everything he was doing and followed up in all areas. He took before and after pictures that we could easily follow on the laptop. The crawlspace was a total disaster before and is now like new and as it should have been originally. We would highly recommend Jay McKinney and his crew. We are exceedingly pleased with the results.

The experience was great. The work took less than a day. They put down tarps, so the debris wouldn't get on our floors and carpet. They cleaned up after the job was done. They also had us check out their work, to make sure it was done to our satisfaction, before they left. Jay McKinney with Crawlspace Dr, was much more professional than another company, that came out to give us an estimate.

Mr. McKinney was prompt in responding to my request for a crawlspace evaluation. After his inspection he explained what I needed and why; and this was nicely illustrated by his digital photos. He scheduled the job within a few days. Roger and Dave were efficient and good workers, and on time, and polite. All debris was bagged and hauled away each day. Mr. McKinney checked progress daily and did additional work as needed. He was polite, easy to talk with, answered all my questions, and explained things well. He even did some plumbing for me at cost. The first sump pump installed was defective, and quite noisy. Mr. McKinney then reinstalled another one, and apologized for the inconvenience. He checked back several times to make sure it was working correctly. I received CDs with photos of the crawlspace before and after; and I also crawled into the area to view it shortly before completion.(what a difference!) I am very pleased with the results, and would highly recommend him.
