The experience was excellent. They have done a couple of things with me now. They have come back since twice and done other work for me. They are great. They know what they are doing and they are great guys. They work hard and have some good ideas. I trust them; I think they are good carpenters.

That turned out okay. That worked out fine. My wife didn't like the appearance quite as much. Their punctuality was fine. They were fine.

Since the person who does the estimating only would correspond by email with no option of texting or calling, it was exceedingly difficult to reach them and set up a time, especially since it is for a rental I own that is a good distance from where I live and work. After finally arriving at a date and time, I ended up arriving late and missed them. I haven't heard (received an email that is) since then. There goes $29 I will never see again.

Went well. He was busy, and hard to set an appointment. We had to reschedule due to rain, but he was able to accommodate my schedule. The estimate he provided was very detailed, and provided options. The actual cost was lower, a pleasant surprise. He advised me to insist on the painter to use good weather resistance caulk before painting.

He was exceptionally nice. It was just a project he couldn't do but gave me names of company's that could do the work for me.

After calling three company's they were the most prompt to respond. They came out for the estimate on time. All the workers they sent were courteous and professional. I'm so glad they got it done within my timeline. I will definitely use them in the future.

I communicated with them via email and they were very prompt in returning. Will definitely use them in the future and will recommend to others

It went excellently, it was outstanding. They were extremely professional, prompt, did what they indicated they would, they were courteous and cleaned up each day after work. They always finished before they estimated they would each day and the price was very suitable for the work done.

They were excellent. There were here on time. They were extremely pleasant. They cleaned up after themselves. They made sure it all worked properly. Before they left, they made sure the locks worked perfectly as well. I thought the price was very reasonable. It was an all day job which involved a lot of trimming. Of that $543, $143 was used for material so labor was only $400.

Everything was top notch. AAA+. Will hire again if needed and would refer to friends.

They were absolutely the best. After we agreed to the cost to build a ramp, we set a date for them to come to our house. They came actually 10 mins early, and started pretty much right away. I told them if they needed anything, just to let me know. they said ok. During this time, I told them that I was expecting a possible delivery and could they put a sign up telling people not to use the ramp yet. I was expecting a sign taped up somewhere on our porch. Nope. What I got was much better. They placed caution tape around the ramp, and because of a slight chance of rain, even put a plastic cover over the project. Now here is the clincher-my wife comes out and tells us all that this not what she wanted that we needed a ramp also on our porch where the door opens from our house. I had a ramp that was previously made for us, and they converted that ramp to fit our front door at no cost. That to me is customer service. I highly recommend C and P Construction. They are professional, punctual, and they stick to your budget.

I purchased a Big Deal for 2 hours of carpentry work. I needed some 4x4 posts replaced that made up a door jamb in my sunroom. They were great about contacting me right away to come out and take a look at the job. Darrius estimated it at about a 2 hour job, although we both noted that once he got in here, there may be more rot that was not currently visible. They were very accommodating on scheduling and concerned about getting the job scheduled quickly. Once they got into the job, there was a lot more rot that was discovered. They asked me every step of the way how far I wanted them to go. A two hour job turned into an all day job, which wasn't their fault. Darrius was super great about going easy on me with the extra time - not charging for time to go get supplies and clean up time. I had a piece of wood that had broken off outside that was actually a whole piece of wood that ran under a bank of windows. He fashioned a piece of trim on the outside of my house that looks like it's the original wood, but we didn't have to actually tear out the windows to fix. The final product looked great, they fixed me right up! I obviously spent more than I had anticipated, but for the work that was done, I thought it was fair. I had asked if I should have the wood there for them or if they would bring it. My thinking was I'm able to grab the stuff at Home Depot or wherever and have it here if it's cheaper for me to do that. Darrius thought I was asking if they got a discount but he said they pay what a regular Joe pays and I would be charged that amount. I fully expected them to add a premium onto supplies - I mean they ARE running a business! But I got all the wood at cost, he actually gave me the receipts so I could see the amounts and even return a couple pieces that weren't used. Really, they couldn't have made it any easier for me. They are very pleasant guys, good to talk to. As a single lady navigating this whole homeownership thing, I'm always concerned that someone will get one over on me or I'm not going about a fix in the right way. I trust these guys to do only what you need done at a fair price and are fun to have working for you to boot! I'll call them again should I get into any other carpentry issues.

Very responsive and great communication with coming out day before and doing an inspection of what needed replaced and gave an estimate of time and materials needed. Came back next day and completed the job. Called me when they were finished up and gave me a run-down of work completed. I will definitely use C.P. Total Construction again.

We had several other estimates but Mark 's was the most reasonable and seemed like a straight forward, easy solution to stabilize our living room ceiling beam. He came out very promptly and was very punctual and professional. He was able to get us scheduled quickly as well. He and his partner Darius, were very friendly and respectful and my husband enjoyed talking with them while they were working! We are very grateful for their good care and will gladly use them again for any upcoming projects!

I've used this company for many years. They have done quite a bit of work for me in the past. They are very courteous and professional. They always show up on time and do excellent work. They work with my schedule and within my budget, and being a senior, I really appreciate that. The last job they've completed for me was a wooden deck. My old concrete porch was very small and was falling apart. I wanted something that I could replace it with and enjoy in the warm seasons. I am very satisfied with my new deck and most of all, CP Total's quality of work. I will continue to use them for my future projects.
