 + -1 moreHe looked at the tub, and took all the caulk out. He left the grout, but now there is no caulk in our tub. It is now unuseable. He says that it should be usuable and he didn't take all of it out, but my home inspector told me the tub now leaks, and has to be fixed before we can close on the home. My contracter who came out said that he did bad work and is upset by this as well. I tried to get ahold of him, but he refuses to come over and fix it.
Description of Work: He came over because the buyers of our house requested he give them a bid to do work. He came to check the caulk and grout in the master bathroom.

 + -1 moreTHE FINAL AMOUNT WE PAID EXCEEDED THE QUOTE. THE REPRESENTATIVE SEEMED TO HAVE DIFFICULTY GIVING A QUOTE. DURING THE WORK PROCESS, AT TIMES HE WOULD GET HIS YOUNG CREW STARTED AND THEN LEAVE. THE CREW WOULD FINISH A SECTION AND THEN SIT UNTIL HE RETURNED. THE PROCESS SEEMED TO TAKE LONGER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED ADEQUATELY, BUT THERE COULD BE A MORE PROFESSIONAL "BUSINESS SENSE"
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED SOME SIDING ON OUR HOUSE.

 + -1 moreDAN CUTTER AND HIS CREW ARE VERY RESPONSIBLE, COMPETENT, AND THOROUGH. HE DOES A VARIETY OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE, INCLUDING BUILDING, ROOFING, REMODELING, ETC. THE WORK EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS, AND WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAN AND HIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: THREE WINDOWS REPLACED ALONG WITH PARTIAL SIDING ON HOUSE AND DORMERS.
