To prepare for a house tour, we sought professional help to clean and wax our hardwood parquet floors. The Cooksie representative came and gave us a quote, but suggested using a miracle substance instead of wax. He said it would give us a superior appearance and longer lived protection. We explained that we had used wax from day one (1962) to the present and that our floors had never been sealed. We asked, "Would the product work under those conditions?" He assured us it would. Still skeptical we asked him to return and apply the product to a small area as a test. He agreed and returned two days later to do the test.
