+ -1 moreCookie, Heather, and his team were great. They were very informative, helpful, and my car looks brand new!! (and it smelled fresh and clean when I picked it up.) I was SO pleased with the work he did but even more how warm and welcoming his business is. Thanks for a great job Cookie..I hope to never have to use your services again but if my car ever needs body work again, you will have my future business!!

+ 0 moreThey replaced the passenger side mirror and painted it on our Lexus SUV. They saved us a fortune over the cost estimate from the dealer. This is the second time we used Cookie's. Our Lexus is a white layered paint, not an easy color to match and they did a perfect job. The shop may not be the prettiest building on block, but what they lack in looks, they make up in quality work. I would recommend this shop for anyone looking for body work on any vehicle.

+ 0 moreI dropped off the car around noon and it was fixed and ready for pickup later in the afternoon. I was glad the repair was minor, but thought the repair cost was a bit expensive for the service rendered. Perhaps they have a minimum charge for services of this type. They also noted that the sway bar end links might need replacing, which I had completed by another auto service provider. I appreciated them providing this information.
Description of Work: Diagnosed problem with a rattle in the front left door window (next to driver). The basic problem was a loose bolt, which was fixed.

+ -1 moreCookie is the most honest auto repair worker you will find, period. He will not up-sell you. He always shoots you straight. He works hard for his living and he knows you do, too, so he won't jack you around with prices. He does good work at low prices. If his work fails, he WILL be with you til the end. You can't go wrong with this guy. Finding an honest auto guy is tough, so I can't recommend this guy enough to others!
Description of Work: I've gotten all my body and mechanic work done at Cookie's Body Shop since '96. My most recent job was break repair (including replacing rotors) on four wheels which ran $400.
