 + -1 moreTHE GUY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND NOT PATIENT. I GAVE HIM MY MEASUREMENTS AND HE CUT ME OFF AND SAID ''MA'AM, I ONLY NEED TWO MEASUREMENTS''. I WAS TRYING TO TELL HIM HOW THICK I WANTED THE GLASS, BUT APPARENTLY HE WASN'T INTERESTED. HE DID GIVE ME A PRICE, AND IT WAS HIGHER THAN THE OTHER PLACES I CALLED. SO CONSIDERING THE PRICE AND THE ATTITUDE, I'LL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

 + -1 moreCOOK'S RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER, WHICH WAS VERY IMPORTANT. THEY WERE POLITE, INFORMATIVE, AND CAREFUL ABOUT THE INTERIOR OF ROOM. HOPEFULLY I WILL NOT NEED THEIR SERVICES AGAIN, BUT I'LL CERTAINLY CALL UPON THEM AGAIN IF I DO.
Description of Work: WINDOW GLASS REPLACEMENT. VANDALISM HAD HAPPENED IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD RESULTING IN BB'S BEING SHOT THROUGH MY PICTURE WINDOW AND ITS STORM. COOK'S REPLACED BOTH WINDOWS. A VINYL STORM WAS INVOLVED AND ANOTHER COMPANY HAD DECLINED TO WORK ON THE STORM BECAUSE OF ITS COMPOSITION.
