+ -1 moreWe were very impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism. Terry and Larry set to work tracking the pipes and finding the solution even when the camera would not go as far as we had hoped, Terry is an engineer from Purdue and understands both plumbing and heating/air conditioning. The solution to reroute the kitchen drain solved a problem we had been having periodically for 10 years! We will not hesitate to call them again.
Description of Work: There was a crack and shift in our slab and we were concerned that the drain system underneath was affected. After calling another company and finding out their camera was not small enough to enter our pipes, we called Control Net. They came out, used the camera as far as they could, opened the main drain and found that our drains were not broken. After talking to them about a problem we were having with the kitchen drain, they recommended we reroute that drain. Gave us and estimate then set a time to do that job.
