Lee was very punctual and professional. He provided great insight and suggestions. Both projects were a success and I would be happy to hire him in the future or recommend him to others.

Lee came out quickly and had the design done within about a week to ten days. The design looked like it had always been there and was a difficult design because I had so many roof angles coming together at the front door.

Lee was timely (he set and met commitments) and had an excellent attention to detail. He was also cost-sensitive and offered options to contain expenses. The design work began as a detached garage and we ran into zoning challenges that Lee identified and together we reworked the project to its final state as an attached structure. The project ended up taking more time than the original estimate as a result and Lee was fair on the expenses. One comment: Lee was not comfortable estimating costs as we considered significant design changes, so it is recommended to work in parallel with your General Contractor. Note: we again hired Lee at the end of the project to design the driveway with similar success (good communication and a superior result).

The project went very well. Lee took into consideration what we needed, 2 sinks, with a separate area for the shower & toilet. The layout is perfect for two teens, who have to share a bathroom. Using pocket doors and built in storage, we were able to maximize the space we have.

We are so glad that we were able to utilize the architectural services of Lee for our background pavilion project. He was very professional by taking notes on what my husband and I were hoping to accomplish. He asked many intelligent questions and never tired from our lack of clarity or the process we needed to go through to get a good picture of what would be best. He considered many aspects of the project…. Space redesign, color schemes, lighting, furnishings, storage, etc.. The project was fully coordinated between Lee and our contractor, Thomas J. Pearson. The process proved to be smooth overall. It was pure joy seeing the old replaced with the new. We extend our gratitude to Lee’s commitment and exquisite work he created for us. The space is lodge-like, charming, warm, functional, very well fitted to our wishes and requirements. Looking back, we did meet several times– he’s a good listener, asked appropriate questions – and our conversations became collaborations. His proposal satisfied the city’s code constraints as well. We got a storage room, a shaded outdoor living space with rustic charm and clean lines with a wonderful view of our deck and yard., This has transformed our back yard. Bravo to Lee!

I hired Constantine Design Group to design and provide the blueprints for the remodel of my attic into living space. I specifically hired Lee for his creativity and he backed up his reputation with great ideas that made the project much more successful than it would have been without his help. He is a craftsman, consummate professional and was a pleasure to work with on the project. He does a great job listening to his clients. I am a very satisfied client and highly recommend him.

The whole process was seamless for all four projects. He met me at our house in the evenings as my schedule allowed. He completed all projects in the time frames he promised. He quoted accurate pricing, and the final designs and drawings were well worth the cost. Several suggested design changes both improved the end result and provided cost savings. He followed up after completing the designs to make sure all our questions were answered, and to check on the project status. He easily worked with the contractor who did our home addition, as well as another contractor who remodeled our rental home.

Very well. Listened to my needs. Ultimately, I decided to go with a smaller change, but initial assessment really helped me decide what can or should be done.

Unfortunately the project was out of state, the regulations of that state would not allow Lee to assist us. If we ever do a project in Indiana again, we will have Lee assist us.

Lee showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He took measurements for the project and sketched out plans for our project on the spot. He was able to do this even with my loud 4 year old doing his best to distract him. I want to personally thank Lee for being an honest service provider. Lee made sure to only sell me services that I actually needed. He could have easily sold me on more expensive plans and services that I didn't need. I have already referred him to a friend who is working on a much bigger project. Thanks for the help Lee. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

Lee did a great job of looking at our home under construction & answered all of our questions. He is extremely knowledgeable & professional. He also offered many great suggestions about adding additional blocking for future use for handrails & towel bars.

Lee is incredibly talented and very helpful! We first met Lee last winter when he agreed to help our organization make drawing plans for our house. Hearts & Hands is a non-profit organization serving the near Westside of Indianapolis with a mission of buying up abandoned homes, rehabilitating them, and selling them to low income families. Lee did drawings for a house that we are currently in the process of rehabbing which will be completed in October. Lee showed up to our appointment on time, made detailed measurements and produced very professional drawings all at a great price. Thanks to his input and expertise, we are changing the layout of the house and making changes that will best serve the family that moves in. If people are looking for a skilled and considerate architect, Lee is the person to see!

This was our first experience with a remodel. We had used a software program to draft out some of our thoughts before meeting with Lee. He was willing to use these drawings and add his own great ideas to make them better than we could have imagined. He was able to come up with very creative design ideas and truly added value to the project. He was also very respectful of our budget. Lee was very professional and great to work with.

Lee Constantine expertly configured a new master bedroom, master bathroom and kitchen layout for a home I recently bought. He alerted me to design possibilities that I never would have imagined. The home is peculiar in its original layout so needed the vision and guidance of a competent architect. He advised me on obtaining structural permits and researched structural components pertaining to the house. Mr. Constantine's assistance was further enlisted to design a curbless shower to accommodate a wheelchair (planning ahead for my dotage). However, with his help, I know the bathroom will avoid the institutional look. Constantine Design enables me to have a home that looks great but also functions well.

He was very easy to work with. He really listens to the customer and presents good plans and different options for you. He was very professional, very timely, and it was great working with him and he was very patient with us, too!

They were very professional. He listened to what I said I wanted then he came up with four designs. He came out the next day and gave me the designs. He had more options. His price is based on the rendering of the work he does before construction. He will be involved if you want him to. He overlooks the job. He matched my personality and what I was looking for. Architects in long run save you a lot of money. The renderings are measured and scaled and he gets it ready for the builder. The price is based on how many times he has to keep going back over it.

We selected Lee to do our design work after the recommendation from our contractor (Thomas J Pearson) and upon reading reviews on Angie?s List. Lee was able to incorporate all of our wants into our somewhat tight living space. Additionally, Lee provided insight into space usage that not only maximized our livable space but saved us money on the renovation - his ideas that saved us money more than paid for his cost. Lee was extremely easy to work with and was timely in his responses to any requests we had.

Lee Constantine did the initial interview at no charge to me with the coupon he offered. Following the initial visit he sent proposals on the project to me for review. Lee made a second trip to the property and gathered detailed measurements of the existing structure which he would use for the drawings. I made some modifications which he incorporated into the final design. As promised, he sent me the final construction drawings on time and within the budget. I plan to work with him again this spring when I do an addition to the house.

Our remodeling contractor suggested using Lee Constantine to discuss our plans to remodel the master bathroom as he would not only prepare excellent drawings, but would also provide us with ideas that had not yet occurred to us. Lee communicated well, was punctual and professional, and gave us some great ideas. We're almost finished now, and we are very pleased with the results. We highly recommend him.

We consulted Lee Constantine to help us with a 5 room total remodel. He listened to our needs and wants and developed a plan for the work. Lee was very specific and detailed in the questions he asked to determine what aspects were important to me in the remodel and made some helpful suggestions. Since I was not sure about the cost/benefit of pursuing the remodel, I decided not to have him do the architectural drawings, but would not hesitate to have him complete that work if I decide to do the remodel.

Extremely happy with the results of the design and Lee was very easy to work with and accommodate the changes we requested.
