Computer Wizard

Laszlo did a remote review of my computer hard drive and recommended several clean up actions that greatly sped up my computer. He also installed some diagnostic software and other useful software that should make it easy for me to keep the computer running faster. Excellent work. He did all the work on my computer remotely without comming to my place. This worked very well. I could see what he was doing and was totally amazed at how fast he went throught the procedures. He is very experienced and efficient. I'll call him again when I need computer work.

I purchased a new laptop. Lazlo was called to set it up with my wireless network. He arrived when he said he would, right on time. He perormed the work quickly, efficiently and professionally. ANd the price was excellent. Much better than other I mad contacted.

I've been using Laszlo since he started his business and was traveling to his service calls on his motor scooter. He responds quickly to phone calls and e-mails. He comes when he says he will come, and the quality of his work is excellent. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Lazslo was prompt and efficent. He had, ultimately, to take one computer back to his shop but brought it back the next morning ready to go. He crashed the drive and then brought it back to new life. It wasn't a virus but a failing drive that he restored through diagnostics and repair. Has a lot of tricks in his arsenal, like all good IT ppl.

I dropped off my laptop on Monday. The screen was blank and my wifi switch would not work. They responded quickly and told me the motherboard was bad. It would cost more to fix than the laptop was worth, so I decided to just buy a new one. Laszlo asked if there were any files on the laptop that I needed and copied them to a disc for me. Great service and very reasonable rates.

We are able to call them at any time with problems. They are very efficient in answering questions and any computer related issues they clear up quickly.

Laslo was able to quickly tell me what was wrong with my two desktops. He contacted me via phone in the evening and had the computers fixed next day in the morning before 9am! The price he charged me was very reasonable (I took the computers to his home office).

His prices are very fair and he is always helpful. He is very knowledgeable. It was a short conversation the last time he helped me.

As usual he worked fast, accurately and efficiently. I caught a virus on my laptop, so I asked for the hard drive to be erased except for the operating system, which he did. He also networked my other computers, including a new one, so I could print or get information as needed from one to another.

They were prompt. Their price was good. They did the repair work in December. It was an in home service, so they repaired the computer in my home.

My Internet connection began to act up and I was unable to open more than 1 page at a time. Having used Computer Wizard for many years, and having advised all my friends to do so as well, I called Lazlo immediately. Within minutes, he was able to make a remote hook up, see the problem on his end, fix the problem on my end and all is now well. Computer Wizard is the ONLY service I will allow to service my PC. In the past they have been able to sort out problems arising from a lightning strike, various software and hardware problems, and have always been prompt, couteous and extremely professional. They are simply the best at what they do.

Very customer oriented with fair pricing. Response time to requests have always been quite good.

Lazlo responded immediately, same day, either himself or an employee. The first time we used them the young man took our computer back to the shop to work on it saying he would have it back the next day. He brought it back by 4pm the SAME day he took it! Lazlo's services are a lot less expensive than the previous company we had used. He is dependable and honest. We will certainly use him again.

I have been using him for several years. He is very helpful and knows his business. He is a pleasant person. He is timely.

As a small business owner, I simply do not have the time nor the knowledge to do this. If your business relies on computers, as ours, you need Lazslo to keep it running.

No problems-the issue was very simple for him. All of my issues seem to be relatively simple for him to solve - of course, he knows what he's doing!

Laszlo is extraordinarily helpful. In addition to taking care of this problem, he is very responsive to emails when all you need is some advise. Very nice guy ~ super helpful.

I tried to have Dell fix my computer but was not able to. But Computer Wizard was able to do so. They had wonderful service and freindly. They fixed it for a good price and in a short amount of time.

We called Laszlo on a Wednesday, we took the computer to his shop, it was done on Saturday. ( That was the week of Thanksgiving too!) We have been using him for years & refer anyone we can to him. He's great.

In the days before I met Laszlo Scenes, the Computer Wizard, I used to take my computer to the computer chain store repair departments, only to be without a computer for days. Often, they couldn't figure out what was wrong or how to fix the problem. The repair bills were always very high (almost always over $100 each visit), especially considering that they charged for troubleshooting time even though they couldn't identify or fix the issues. When these same computer repair businesses began making house calls, I began shopping around the Internet for other businesses that make house calls for computer repairs and found Laszlo. I've been a customer of Computer Wizard Indy for a few years and have been so happy with the service. During this time period, I've had at least 10-12 service calls either in-person or remote troubleshooting. The problems are always resolved and when it's obvious that I need to replace either hardware or software, Laszlo gives me excellent advice regarding which direction to take. In addition to always getting my computer problems resolved, I like that it doesn't matter how small a problem may be - Laszlo is not only willing to look at the problem and can fix it quickly. Because he is so capable and because his rates are so reasonable, I don't hesistate to contact him to fix the small things before they add up to bigger problems. One of the other reasons I've been so happy to work with Laszlo is that he provides ongoing, proactive advice on how to prevent issues - something none of the other repair services I've worked with have done.

Laszlo arrived on time and was ready to go. He immediately knew what had to be done to improve my network and add other functionality. He worked on two compuers and two separate issues at one time. No time wasted. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. What else can you ask for?

I had accidentally loaded a virus which my anti virus programs did not detect. (They did not detect it because I "invited" it when I downloaded a free children's game.) My usual computer repair guy was on vacation so I checked Angie's List. I called Computer Wizard at 1pm on Aug. 4th. Lazlo said someone would be out at 2pm that same day, and he was! Ryan was wonderful! He got rid of that virus and a bunch more. When I told him I could not turn my computer on or off except by plugging it in or unplugging it he said he could fix it. He took it to the shop promising to have it back the next morning. He brought it back, fixed, at 4:30 that same day. I will hire Computer Wizard next time I need any computer problems. They are a lot less expensive than my usual company and do equally good work. They charge $60 an hour in your home and $40 an hour if they take the computer to the shop. Ryan worked at my home and in the shop and made two trips to my home.
