He was professional and communicative. He communicated when he was going to be here and told me there would be a delay because of the weather and because how busy he was. However, he’s a little pricey.

I am a long time customer of Complete Tree Care and have always been very satisfied with their work. Rob, Steve, and Tina, the receptionist, are very professional and kind. I called September 29th to see about getting the work done and Steve told me they were booked solid for the next two months. Nevertheless, Rob came out October 2nd to give me an estimate. Even though they were already scheduled for two months out, because I only had a few stumps to grind, no large trees to remove, and had already purchased trees to plant in the same area before the weather got too cold, they were able to fit me into their schedule in just 2 weeks. Removing the stumps before cold weather set in to plant new trees was important to me and their accommodation was greatly appreciated. The man who did the work ground the stumps very deep and wide getting rid of all the roots, therefore, making it possible to plant my new trees in the same area. I have experienced other tree services who only ground the surface of the stump level to the ground, so I am very happy to report that Complete Tree Care did an excellent job.

They were great! The trees are perfectly shaped now and the cleanup was superb. You can't even tell they had any equipment in the yard. On top of all of that, they removed all of the leaves from the yard. We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done. They were on time for all appointments and did what they said they would do. Great experience.

Excellent work on all counts. I called on a Thurs. and the arborist came on the next Monday to evaluate my diseased apple tree, tell me it had fire blight and could not be saved. He gave me an estimate for removal of the tree plus a lot of reconstruction work on the back of my yard that I was also considering. I said I needed time to consider his proposal. When I did not contact him for a week, he called back to check on my decision. I decided to do only the front tree and bushes and he returned and gave me a new estimate for just this work. The arborist was the one who told me that they could grind a hole for the new tree with the stump grinder. I am glad he did because my ground is rock hard and having the hole already prepared made having the new tree installed much easier. They gave me an estimated schedule of 2-3 weeks and came within this time. They arranged for the "call before you dig" to come out and mark all my utility service lines. They called the day before the removal and said they would be there early afternoon. 4 men arrived at 11:45 with 2 trucks and a stump grinder and had the work done and cleaned up in an hour. All the men were very skilled and did a great job. I have recommended this company to my friends and would definitely use them again. I had a second estimate from another A rated company. Their price was the same but they were not as prompt in their response so I chose Complete Tree Care.

We were very pleased. Rob, the supervisor of the truck crew, did a great job. The 4 man crew took their time and cleaned up really well.

We were very happy with them when they came. They cleaned up after themselves. I wasn't at home at the time, but it didn't take long for them to do the job at all.

They worked extremely hard and cleaned up a mess of a yard. They were conscientious, professional, and did an excellent job. We would use their services again.

Steve was very responsive getting us scheduled for a quote and then keeping touch regarding when the work could be completed. Crew showed up on their scheduled day and went about their work quickly and efficiently. Was very pleased with our first experience with Complete Tree Care.

I always like their service. They provided a timely quote. I have not made a decision yet.

After they provided a quote, I noticed 2 hanging limbs about 20' up in another tree. I asked about removing these the day the workers came and was informed they could be removed without additional charge. They were on time, and did a through clean up job.

It wasn't cheap and they did a good job. We are pleased with their services, we've recommended them to people and we would use them again.

I cannot say enough about A Complete Tree Care. They are simply AWESOME. With the past winters storms and a poplar tree disease I had several trees that had died and debris from the poplars (that were right up by my house) had caused a neighbor to become concerned - who then sent me a formal letter advising me of their concerns for the 5 poplar trees. Worried, I called 3 companies and explained my situation and the best the first two could do was say they would be out in 3 or 4 days to do an estimate but it would probably be 2 to 3 weeks after that before they could schedule the work. Neither company would even consider putting me on the schedule until AFTER they came and completed an estimate. I did schedule the estimates with these two companies and called the third one I had on my list, A Complete Tree Care. When I was talking with Steve at A Complete Tree Care he was very understanding and said he would get someone out within a couple of days, but to my surprise, Rob arrived the next morning and priced the 5 poplar trees. (the immediate issue mentioned in the formal letter from my neighbor) AND since these trees did pose a serious concern, Rob said he could schedule the work ASAP. So even though I had scheduled estimate dates with the other two companies, I immediately canceled the other two. The responsiveness of Rob and Steve gave me the assurance I needed. There was another storm and a different tree in another part of my yard had fallen roots and all. Rob said it was no problem he would get that for us too. Because my yard has many old trees, Rob surveyed all trees and identified others that were near my house or a neighbors that were dead. He wrote another reasonable quote and Rob understood my worry and said he would do as much on the first day and would come back the next to do the other work. I did NOT have to wait - Rob got it all done ASAP. After the work was done, the yard was completely cleared of all old debris and new. OH and they were so careful. They had to drive the huge heavy bucket truck across my septic field, but they used 2 layers of thick plywood, and there were NO tracks or even indentations in the yard. I highly recommend A Complete Tree Care. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Steve and Rob for understanding my concern for not only my house but for my neighbor's too!!!! We all sleep better now knowing the dead trees are gone.

They did fine. If they could have picked up every little thing that they dropped (branches & such) it would have been better. I asked them to retrim one of the trees because I wasn't happy with it. They were happy to stay and finish up the job. They were very quick in coming out. They were quite responsive.

Professional service, completed in specified time frame, excellent clean-up. My tree service of choice.

I called and Rob came out the same day to do an estimate. They did the work the very next business day, just before another snow fall of 8 inches! The job was well done and they even hauled away a large silver maple branch that had snapped off! I have used Complete Tree Care for years- they have always done excellent work for a reasonable fee. They provide wonderful customer service as well. I'd recommend them to everyone who needs tree trimming, removal, etc.

Mr. Engledow responded very promptly for a request for removing a large tree, grinding out the stump and hauling away the debris. He was very professional and I am convinced in talking to him that he would do high quality work. I choose another firm to do the work because another company needed work and quoted a much lower price.

Excellent job. They put down sheets of weed to protect the lawn from tire tracks. They even cleaned up all the sweet gum balls on the ground.

Trimmed the majority of our trees. It was very professional and well done! They answered all my questions as they went and my trees look great! Plus when they were gone there wasn't a branch, leaf, twig left on the ground from their work!! We were extremely satisfied and will use them year after year to keep our trees healthy and in shape from now on!!!
