Other than the need to remind the provider he was scheduled the work was good.

It was often done correctly and the price was right. I liked that they verified exactly which trees I wanted to be taken care of and I really liked that several guys showed up on the job instead of one or two.

They did a wonderful job and I will use them again.

I called three providers - two from Angie's List and one I'd used before. This was the only company that returned my calls. They came out when they said they would to provide an estimate and they scheduled me within the timeframe they promised. They did a great job - all my neighbors were talking about how nice the shape was and - for those who saw it being done - how they had taken such care to shake the loose trimming out of the tree and clean up. And they did - when I came home, the yard looked great and I'm happy with the new size.

they called the day before to let me know they be there the following day, they arrived at about 9a.m. and got right to work, removed all debris including some debris that had fallen in storm night before. they finished by 2pm and cleaned up all debris and left yard cleaner than when they arrived, answered any questions I had and were very personable. Definately have them back if I need more work done.

The crew arrived a little earlier than the specified time, set up sheets of plywood to protect my fence and gate, backed up their truck, and started right in cutting down the tree. They were very careful when removing branch sections to drop them in a manner that would not leave divots or gashes in the surrounding ground. After the tree was down, they brought in the stump grinder and took care to trace roots so the ground would be level. The crew also did an excellent job with all the cleanup. The whole process took about 2 hours from start to finish. I was very pleased with all aspects of the job...I would recommend Complete Tree Care, and use them in the future.

We have used this company for years as we originally had four large ash trees and 2 large maples throughout our yard. I've always liked how they trim the trees - they shape them rather than giving them a chopped look. This time they removed a very large ash tree that was close to the house and trimmed a maple tree. Great clean up job as usual! A few divots in the yard but that's to be expected with such a large tree. We will definitely use them again unless we run out of large trees - which is happening due to the emerald ash borer.......

This was the first time we used this company for our tree trimming needs. The crew was efficient and meticulous. They did not "butcher" the trees as some companies do. We were very happy with the final result, as the trees were well trimmed, yet also sculptured in a way that was very attractive. The crew also cleaned up exceptionally well after the work was completed. We certainly will use this company in the future.

Excellent service from beginning to end! I was very impressed by Steve the Office Manager who responded to my email request promptly. He was very professional and provided perfect customer service from the beginning of the process to the end. I have a small yard with many bushes, flowers and trees and was very concerned about collateral damage. Both Rob (visited the site and quoted) and Steve assured me they could get those two large trees out without any damage to other bushes, plants and trees in my yard (the other two companies that quoted would not make that promise) and when I returned home from work to see the result I was amazed! Their crew did a perfect job and cleaned up so thoroughly you couldn't tell they were even there! In these days of disappointing customer service it is so refreshing to find companies like this one that do care, take pride in their work and provide exceptional customer service. I'll never have to shop for a tree service again; I know who to call next time! Use this company; you won't be disappointed!

Everything went well from the time I contacted them for estimate through completion of the job. The office staff were extremely communicative with me, the estimate was quick and painless and the price quoted for the work was definitely a good deal compared to others I had received. The day the work was done a large crew came out and they did everything they could to stop damage to my yard and everyone was very professional.

Workers were very polite and careful around other vegetation while cutting down the trees. They cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job. I was very happy with the work done.

Very good. They were prompt. Took about two hours to do the whole job. One tree to be removed was located in our flower garden. They were very careful in felling this tree not to damage any of our flowers.

I have had the pear tree trimmed regularly for the last twenty years. The company I had been using decided it was not worth their time to meet with me at the time of giving an estimate. So I decided to shop around. Five companies were called. One said they cut the tree based on what the tree wants not what the owner wants. One said they would not trim the tree. Two wrote estimates but were not listening to what I was thinking and could only schedule 3-4 weeks out. Met Rob from Complete Tree and we hit it off. I was fortunate he had a crew in the area and was able to do the work on the same day of the estimate. They reshaped the tree much better than the previous company had ever done. I'm very happy with the price, but that was not my concern. It was meeting and talking with them about how to approach the work.

Price reflected off season work and patience in date to start work once work order was accepted. I was called when they could get to my tree and they arrived on time on the date agreed to. Cherry-picker with operator, debris shredder, and multiple people to rake and cleanup debris from my yard, sidewalk and street arrived and made short work of the job. Very business-like but pleasant people each one.

They cleaned up the debris, My back yard was pretty bare but it was okay. They did a good job. They were very professional. They had the best equipment and didn't damage anything. They were done in one day.

We called Rob from Complete Tree Care to give us an estimate. He looked at all our trees, shared his expertise, made suggestions and scheduled removal of the one hanging branch of a maple tree that had splintered in a storm. The bill was reasonable, the work was done promptly and they left no debris. We loved Complete Tree Care.

The owner gave the estimate as scheduled. He was very knowledgeable about tree care and explained what was needed in detail. The crew showed up on schedule with first class equipment and neatly dressed technicians. They observed all safety measures and performed the job expeditiously for the price of the extimate.

After 2 attempts to come out to trim our 2 trees (weather got in the way). They came out today and did a great job. They had several men in their crew. All of the guys worked together to get the job done. They were very courteous, and professional. The trees look great, and they even cleaned up after they were finished. They had to use my neighbors driveway. After they were finished using their driveway they even took the time to clean up the debri that was in their driveway from our branches. Great job to the crew from Complete Tree Company. I highly recommend this company.
