Description of Work: Complete Tree Care was very professional during every step of the job. They gave me the lowest of the four estimates I received for cutting down my huge, dead ash tree, and the work was done carefully and in a timely manner. The contact person was easy to reach and very respectful of my time and yard. I give the company the most enthusiastic recommendation!

Description of Work: Trimmed, shaped a Bradford Pear that had some wind damage. |Crew was knowledgable, efficient. Tree looks great. Their cleanup was excellent. Hauled all trimmings away. Had to wait for work to be done by several weeks as storm damage to others' trees/property took priority but that delay was completely understandable.

Description of Work: Removal of two 50+ foot high trees close to the house. It was interesting to watch them move a huge crane through the front yard, along the side of the house. The arm of the crane held a man with a saw. He cut each tree in pieces from the top down, dropping the pieces in places that wouldn't hit the house, the neighbor's fence or shed, or someone working on the ground. They were all very professional, and knew what they were doing.

Description of Work: Topped and trimmed a large maple tree in back yard. Used a bucket truck and wood chipper. Used large sheets of plywood in back yard to keep the bucket truck from sinking in soft ground. Raked and picked up all limbs and branches and run them through the chipper. Overall excellent job.

Description of Work: Estimates by a certified arborist are free! Assessed 6 all trees on our property & left a written notice on recommendations per tree with itemized cost. Cost inline w competitors. Will go w them due to being an independent, local, family run business.

Description of Work: I messaged Complete Tree Care Inc to have a tree taken down in my backyard. They messaged me back rather quickly to let me know that they were running about 4 weeks behind. I could not wait & went with another featured provider, but, I do appreciate their quick response & honesty. If I ever need another tree taken down I will be happy to give them another shot.

Description of Work: Cut down dead 60' cheery tree. They were careful not to damage nearby fence and house. Cut and left the logs as instructed and cleaned up the leftover debris.

Description of Work: After their inspection of two large trees that were in bad shape with many problems and causing cracking in the asphalt driveway, they cut the trees down. Later they returned and the stumps were ground. They were careful with all the vegatation around the two trees, and cleaned up very well. We would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Removed a large weeping willow tree located in back yard. Company did a great job grinding down stump and large surface root. There was some damage to grass when company dragged large logs from back to staging area.

Description of Work: Complete Tree Service removed a huge maple tree from my back yard that was between two, very close fences, mine and my neighbor's. There was a language barrier with my neighbor and Complete wanted to make sure that they understood what was going on and they handled that situation to my and the neighbor's satifaction. They arrived on time and I was very impressed with the service. They cleaned up all of the mess on my side of the fence and my neighbor's side of the fence. The crew was friendly and very respectful. Would strongly recommend them, plus after five estimates they gave me the lowest estimate.

Description of Work: For approximately 30 years, we have had pine trees that served as a wind block for our property. This summer's drought and blight had caused most of them to die. They were very ugly. We got several estimates to have the trees removed, but since Complete Tree Service had done some work for us before, we decided to use them to remove the trees. As before, the service went very quickly, the cleanup was complete, and the crew left in half the time we had expected. If it were possible, I would give them a double A grade. They do exceptional work.

Description of Work: Rob came out and walked the property with my husband and submitted an estimate that was reasonable. My husband was really impressed with his personal service, so we chose them to do the work. They removed 3 large trees and 5 large bushes, ground the stumps, cut dead wood off an old tree that was threatening a neighbor's property, and removed a HUGE pile of old firewood and brush. The work was done on time, the property was kept very clean, no surprises. We will definitely use them again in the future.
