This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Very professional and helpful from the first phone call. Came out twice to give estimates (I added to the first one). Reasonable compared to other bids I received. They arrived on time with all their equipment. The crew was so efficient during the entire process. I noted the safety procedures involved and the exact science of taking down this almost 50 year old tree. They wasted no time and cleaned up everything. They only way I knew they were there was my ash tree was gone. Would highly recommend.

Steve and Rob are truly great to work with! They have completed three jobs on our rental properties and their crew is always punctual and thorough when cleaning the property after each job.

Very prompt and professional. The work was actually completed ahead of schedule. The crew was all business....they came on time, completed the job, cleaned up and left. Boards were laid down to protect the lawn. The key reason for using Complete Tree Care Inc., was customer service. Rob came to my home and met with me so we could discuss the job.......instead of having the customer try to explain, over the phone, what kind of work they want done.

Very well. Better than we anticipated. They shaped the trees nicely and this spring the trees will look so much healthier (and safer!!! We had huge limbs falling!)

I've used this company for many years and am ALWAYS highly satisfied with both the quality of work and the cost!! Every person with which I come in contact is so nice!! That includes Steve in the office, Rob who does the inspections and estimates and the tree trimming crews. The crew always cleans up the yard after the job - it's like you'd never know they'd been there!! I highly recommend this company!!!!

Rob from Complete Tree Care came out and gave us a comprehensive evaluation and cost estimates. Based on this, we decided to have them remove both trees. They did an excellent job from start to cleanup. Crew was very professional. Would highly recommend them and will be using them for any of our future tree care needs.

Done in timely manner, left sites clean. Trees were 20-30 feet tall.

I called and requested a quote. They showed up at the agreed upon time and were professional. They provided a written quote and told us they would be back late September/early October. They called a week in advance and were agreeable to rescheduling since we were also getting our house painted. They rescheduled for the following week. On the agreed upon date, they called and asked if they could come over early. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. If it weren't for the fact the trees looked so much better, you would have never known they had even been there, they cleaned up so well. I would definitely use this company again.

They did a wonderful job, were very conscientious and cleaned everything up after. We definitely will call them again. We have used other tree services, and while they cost less, the quality of work demonstrated "you get what you pay for."

Fantastic! I received a call the day before they came. A crew of 6 men along with Rob, my initial contact person. He introduced me to the crew and went over the work sheet with us. They immediately went to work and finished in 6 hours. Once again, they asked me to walk with them inspecting each tree for any further work. They were very professional and friendly. Before leaving EVERY piece of debris was removed!

The workers came the day they confirmed they would (although later than originally estimated). They worked quickly and completed the job much sooner than I expected. They cleaned up all the mess, so that when they left the only thing left of the tree was a small pile of chips. I highly recommend this contractor.

We didn't agree on it. I understand their position of the ash trees, their probably not worth saving and spending all the money on, but, we wanted to save it, and they basically thought it was too late in the year to use insecticide, and it would die anyway, and they didn't want to do it. So we basically didn't come to an agreement on it. They were quite clear about what they felt about the tree that they were worried about, it was about the fact that it was too late to treat it with an insecticide, they just didn't seem to know about the one we ended up using, and it worked out fine. The positive part was they came out and looked at it for me and didn't charge me anything, and they gave me their recommendation. The negative was that it was incorrect. We wanted to save the tree, and they couldn't fit us in their schedule, they claimed, and said it was too late to treat the the tree. I don't feel that that was really true. They're not expensive, but they're not cheap. They're middle of the road on price. I could see the point there was no reason dumping more money into this tree, but on the other hand, they never really got back to us to see if we still wanted to do it, so they kind of made the decision for us. I mean if you want to buy something or pay for a certain service, your not necessarily asking them to make that decision for you. They didn't completely discuss the situation with us, they just made the decision and didn't give us any alternatives, because there were alternatives and they should have talked about those. I don't think they did anything wrong, I just don't agree with what they did.

They did a great job of cleaning up the area and the flowers still look great.

We had very nice experience with the representative of this company. He came over and gave us a diagnosis for our trees, a ballpark estimate to replace them, and some advice on how to strengthen the health of some other trees on our property. We definitely use this company again.

Even though the recent rains had them far behind, Complete Tree Care managed to fit us in to remove the storm damage from our trees and keep them from further harm. They were prompt and did a wonderful job with the trimming and clean up afterwards

Excellent. Estimate was completed right away after calling them, and work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. They took a lot of care not to tear up our yard with any of their trucks or equipment, and cleaned up their mess very well. They had a lot of attention to detail, and ensured repeatedly that I was satisfied throughout the job, especially ensuring that they had gotten all of the side-cutting completed that I was looking for.

The removal went great as usual. I have used this company for many years. The trees were safely removed and they did a great job of clean up.
