THE GENTLEMEN THAT CAME OUT, ROB ENGLEDOW, WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE PROMPT, THEY CAME AT THE EXACT TIME THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD,AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES--THEY RACKED AND LEVELED THE AREA. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

They came and pruned for me as well. I have used them for a number of years. We will always use them. They are very prompt.

Estimator did a great job explaining things and had a good knowledge of tree care guidelines. Work was scheduled for the next morning, and the crew showed up on time. Crew did a fast, efficient job on one of the hottest days of the year. Site was cleaned well. They arranged for underground line marking and had the stump ground once that was done. This is the second time we've used this company and we will definitely use them again.

Doug came out at the time specified and gave us an estimate. My husband and I were at work when they cut the tree down. They also cut several extra branches from the tree in the front that were close to the roof. Before they ground the stump, Doug had our utilities marked to make sure there was nothing in the way. The job was done on time and very professionally.

At first, they made sure they arrived on time & performed the job they were suppose to do in a timely manner but later, they were slow coming back out to remove the stumps. It took them approximately two weeks to come back out & once they did, all of the stumps were not removed. For the price I paid, I was not too satisfied with the work they did.

They cleaned up all the debris and did a good job.

Hes very prompt, very efficient. I went home from work and I cant even tell anyone has been there. He cleans up very well.

Absolutely outstanding. Triple-A-PLUS! I told them that I was having a fence installed and needed the two trees removed and stumps ground. The company provided a written estimate on same day I made initial call. They showed up on the scheduled day and had both trees down and chipped within 30 minutes. They completely raked the area, and even took care of two piles of dead-wood that I had been wanting to get rid of. Four workers in total, all of them very professional, courteous, and responsible. Great care was taken to make sure no damage was done to surrounding obstacles. I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them in the future for any tree trimming, removal work. This is the second time I've hired this company for work.

Great communication and work. They answered the phone promptly and were out to give an estimate the next day. The site is very tight so a cherry picker was needed. They removed the large trees without an issue. They even called the Electric Utility Company to have the power lines moved out of the way! Bottom line, OUTSTANDING.

The tree trimmers did a great job. However, I had asked for some old stumps to be removed, which they never did. But, the estimate for the stump removal was separate from the tree trimming, so I did not pay for stump removal, only the tree trimming.

As usual, their workmen were very professional and very congenial. The work was very good and the tree is all shaped up again. It had not been trimmed for a long time so there was a great deal to do. They always come with all of the proper equipment and everything is cleaned up. Workers were on time and very professional. The new junipers and the crab apple tree were good nursery stock and the work was completed in a short time and everything cleaned up. This company and their workmen always do an excellent job.

HARD WORKERS. NO DAMAGE TO HOUSE AND MINIMAL DAMAGE TO FLOWERS. WILL USE THEM AGAIN. USED COMPANY PREVIOUSLY.

Came out quickly to give an estimate, which was competitive with two others we obtained. The man I spoke to was very professional. He recommended the trees be fertilized but suggested we do it ourselves rather than have expensive injections. He said Complete Tree Care does work for local school systems as well. They did the work on the day they said they would. I was out at the time, but when I came they had cleaned up so well I couldn't even tell they'd been here. Nice work.

I have used this company in the past few years not even knowing that they were a member of Angie's List, (I wasn't), and would have used them again regardless! I was going to nominate them for the list and came to find out they were long time members. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are all of the things checked and more! I am a widow, they have always given me a fair price, and ALWAYS go above and beyond your expectations. They are friendly, courteous, and, as stated before, go above and beyond what they are expected to do. I had so many maple seeds in my drive, it looked a total mess; they even vacuumed them, along with the aformentiond limbs from my easement, etc. There wasn't a leaf left in my yard and we are talking about a group of trees that probably were anywhere from 60' to 80' feet high! Hats off to this company!! Please give them your business, they are super! (I was also given the 10% discount, what a blessing)!

They were readily available by phone, kept me informed when there was a rain delay, did what I expected, had a competitive price, and did the billing correctly. This was a very positive service experience.

Mr. Engledow came out, looked over the trees, we agreed on what needed to be done. The estimate was $200.00. Monica called to let me know they were coming. They did their work, did a great job cleaning up. We have used them before. We have never had any problems, and will use them again. They have always been responsive and punctual.

The workers were on time, followed my instructions for what I wanted and cleaned up the area when they finished. This company was the lowest bidder of three companies and I couldn't have asked for any better work.

Didn't call to cancel original appointment on a Friday due to rain problems. I had to call them. They then showed up the following Monday @ 8 AM w/o appointment. Didn't grind up root system as requested. Seemed in a big hurry to get on to a bigger job. Doug McKinney, president, did not respond to my letter of complaint. They have done work for me previously but not sure about another time.

This was by far the WORST customer service that I have ever encountered. I orginally had an estimate done on several trees. I told the receptionist that I wanted only the Elm trimmed and that I was an Angie's List member. She said that they had 2 days available, Wednesday and Thursday. I picked Wednesday, she said that they'd be here between 1-2p.m. I confirmed the date and time. Wednesday came and no show. I called and they said that they didn't place my estimate in the correct box. I rescheduled for the next day at 3p.m. (after they told me that they wouldn't accept the 10% Angie's List discount now because I was only getting the Elm done)!! Again, they didn't show. When I called, Monica insulted me, the customer, by saying that I confused everyone. She refused to let me talk and said that ''I was not the type of customer that she wanted to have''. She tried to reschedule for the next day but wouldn't send the company out the first thing in the morning. Absolutely appalling service.

Complete Tree Care did a great job. They were thorough and efficient. I felt the price was very fair as compared to other quotes I received.
