Rob Engledow was great to work with. He came out on a cold day in March to walk the lot and give us his recommendations. Quoted the work before our meeting ended that day. We received quotes from 2 other companies and decided to go forward with Complete Tree Care. We agreed on the date to do the work and his crew showed up with an array of heavy equipment needed to do the job. Randy (crew supervisor) was also great to work with. There were 8-10 men there during the day and all work was completed in about 9 hours. They were very cognizant of not moving the heavy equipment over the roots of trees that we were keeping, and faithfully used 4'x8' sheets of heavy plywood to drive the equipment on as to lessen ruts and tree root damage. Even though the ground was moisture laden, I was pleased with the relatively light amount of wear and tear on the soil. I would recommend this company highly and would use their services again without hesitation.

They are good and they know what they are doing. They are efficient, fast and prompt. They are excellent. They are a little pricey but we think that what we get from them is very good. We believe that it's worth paying a little extra to them.

I called and received an estimate the same week. At the estimate, he explained everything they needed to do and answered all my questions. I scheduled the job a few weeks later.The were able to schedule it within 4 days of my calling them. They trimmed all the trees and also cleaned up the area. There were no branches or sticks on the ground from their work. The yard was not torn up from the truck either. I was very impressed when I came home that night. I figured I would have to clean up after them. They hardly disturbed the flower beds around the trees. I would hire them again. They were polite and exceeded expectations on the job they performed.

I have used them several times and they are great. The other companies who came out for the quote charged more for taking off the stems. Their price was good, the quality was good and they were very responsive. They were punctual and professional.

I thought they were wonderful. They came out and made a reasonable estimate. They did the work on time, and they did a good job. I plan to have them back in the Spring to treat some trees that have a disease. Everything was great!

I've used them for a number of years now and am always extremely satisfied. From Rob, who does the estimates, to April who works in the office, to the tree workers, they are polite, don't dawdle while they work and leave my property looking like they were never there!! They even left me some fire wood - nicely cut and stacked!

The experience was good. They cut down what they needed to, and didn't do any damage. They hauled off the trees. Their prices were comparable. They weren't the lowest, but they weren't the highest.

The tree we needed removed was in the back yard and the workers were very careful when bringing in a bucket truck. They had to maneuver around a basketball goal and another tree to get to the back. They were also careful not to leave any tire marks in our yard. I was amazed how well they cleaned up the brush. Not a trace of a stray leaf or branch. The price was very reasonable. We did have trouble with some scheduling problems. Apparently a truck was out of service but I had to call to find out what the delay was. And there was a delay in getting utilities marked for grinding another stump so they had to make two trips out. But overall I thought they did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I had to have a tree removed due to damage caused to my property during a storm. My concern was the remaining limbs that were broken within the tree could cause additional damage. Since I was leaving town, Doug, the owner of this company, worked to schedule the service in as soon as possible. I also had a limbs trimmed from another tree and a stump removed. I received a quck response to my inquiry for an estimate. I found the crew to be very professional and respectful of my property. They did a terrific job and I would recommend this service to any of my friends. Excellent customer service.

They arrived on time and brought plywood to cover lawn so that the very large pieces of equipment would not damage the lawn. They used a bucket to remove first the limbs and then pieces of the trunk, using the chipper as they cut and blowing it into the dump truck. Darrin and his crew were experienced and each knew and performed their responsibilities. Everyone was friendly, polite and efficient.

We love these guys. We got three estimates and theirs was the middle bid. We'd originally asked for only the two trees to be dealt with, adding the bush/tree later. The original bid was around $1075. They gave us $100 off after my husband decided he wanted to keep the sweet gum wood for the fireplace. Then, they gave us 10 percent off the bill because we're AL members. They have arborists on staff, so we trusted their judgment on how to deal with both trees and the bush. I was home for the major work -- and it was amazing to watch. The sweet gum tree was huge and they stripped it to a toothpick using a bucket truck. As they dropped limbs, they tossed them into this huge shredder. Once all the limbs were gone, they started chunking off the tree from top to bottom, leaving us with a huge pile of wood that was fairly simple to split that weekend. My daughter and her friends played on it all week and were bummed when it disappeared into at least four cords of great fireplace fuel. A guy with a leaf blower made sure they collected all the debris while they were working. My lawn was cleaner when they left than it's ever been. They were nice, all business and did great work. I would recommend them and say good things about their price even without the discounts they gave. Two of my neighbors hired them after they saw the work they did for us.

I was very pleased with this work. I spoke with Doug when he came to do the estimate on the crabapple, and he talked to me about the maple as well. He agreed to do both for a very good price. Even the crabapple solo quote was less than the other quotes I received. Four or five guys came out and worked for three solid hours. A large bucket truck was brought in for the large maple. I definitely felt I got a good price on the work, and would recommend this company to anyone. The only minor inconvenience was that they came much earlier than I was told, but that was not much of a problem.

Complete Tree Care did what they said they would do , when they said they would do it. My yard was in great shape when they left. If I had more time I would praise them for their work and professionalism.

Rob came out promptly after our phone call. And after deciding the tree was dead, offered to plant another one in the back yard.. Came back later that day and planted the tree. The following week, the team came out, removed the dead tree, cleaned up everything. Rob even removed some flowers that were planted under the tree so they could be replanted later.

The service was good from start to finish. They completed the job very efficiently and the cleanup was excellent.

They came out and gave a free estimate (unlike a competitor who charged $125 for about 30 minutes work). Their cost was similar to the expensive estimate and, based on a few conversations, was a bit more genuine in its claims. Rob also was happy to provide ideas for replacement trees and advice on potential problem areas (did I mention that this was also free)! On the day the workers arrived on time and we did a walk through with Rob to confirm what was to be done. As it happened, after the work was completed it was clear that a few more (small) trees needed to be removed. I didn't realize this until after I got home. When I called Complete Tree care they responded immediately and had men/machines around the next day. It was no problem to them at all. The trees look good, and the yard was cleaned so that you would not know they had been. Excellent job.

From start to finish there was excellent communication with Complete Tree Care and ourselves. They were great about coming out and giving a free estimate in a short amount of time and came back with a reasonable cost for the work to be done. On the day the work was done the workers arrived on time and one of the gentleman came to the door and we did a walk around to confirm the work they would be doing and in about 3-1/2 hours the work was completed. I was impressed by the quality work they did and afterward they were very detailed in cleaning up everything.

the first company I contacted about removing some of the trees in my yard gave me a very high estiment, So my neighbor recommended Doug. He came to my house and quoted me a cost about a third of how much the first guy did with more trees removed and the stumps as well, if i was willing to wait until winter when they didn't have as much work. Doug and his crew came out and took care of everything. They were very professional and when they were done they cleaned up after themselves,they even got some of the leaves that were left on the ground. It was too cold to remove the stumps so they came back when it warmed up and took care of that, and now I have mulch for my garden.Because of the work at my place they even got a few more jobs from my neighbors.

I have had this same tree service for some time now. They DO KNOW what they are doing! They have a certified arborist which is very good for me! Someone less knowledgeable may have caused me to lose a beautiful Ash tree. They do offer coupons and senior citizens discounts. They clean up so thoroughly one could hardly tell they were here.

He was very punctual when he was here. He always gets everything done that I ask him to do. I have used him for about 20 years. He is very neat when he is here.

They came promptly, gave us an estimate on the spot, and performed the service the next day. They did an excellent job. Everyone I have ever spoken with at this company is friendly and very professional.

They did a beautiful job and cleaned up immaculately when finished. I would use them again.
