We got a discount. They were very professional and very punctual. They cleaned everything up. We had no complaints whatever. We would use them again.

They gave me an Angieslist discount on the price. The job went very well. They were prompt and they came when they said they would. They were neat. They had to park in my neighbor?s drive and so I had requested them to come on a day when it was dry so that they wont ruin her yard. They did just that. They also trimmed another tree.

I would highly recommend Complete Tree Care. The price was right, they were pleasant to work with, were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job with the work and clean-up. The only issue (which I consider minor) was around the scheduling - they forgot to call to tell me of scheduling changes.

The work was completed per our agreement. Plywood was used to avoid damage to our lawn. Fallen debris was cleaned up. Can't beat same day service.

They were supposed to come out for another treatment and they did not. We called them to schedule the follow up treatment and they was always a reason why they were not able to come out. The receptionist could not connect with the guys that came out. Now the treatment will have to happen in the spring when it was supposed to happen in the fall. Their clean up was good and the trimming too. Everything about them was good. They were professional and knowledgeable.

Called the company for an estimate......\received prompt response. Made arrangements to have work done. Date given was moved up even sooner and the workers arrived at exactly the time agreed upon. The work went very well and I don?t have any complaints about them. They gave me an estimate and we went with them since I liked their estimate. It was better than some of the others who were very expensive. The closest bid was about $1200. They told us that it was a $1500 tree. It was a very big tree that they removed. They did some work for my neighbor and she was pleased too. She had used their services 4 years ago and she hired them again. That?s how she recommended them to me since I haven?t been in this area that long. The price that I paid was excellent. They cleaned up everything and were in and out quickly. There was no damage done to the grass or the yard. They did a beautiful job. I wouldn?t hesitate to hire them again.

They did a fantastic job. The workers were very courteous and nice. We had some follow-up problems with the payment, but that was explained that there was illness in the family-owned business, so that's why there was the delay. Overall, I'm satisfied with their services.

He came out right away - professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Identified the disease (magnolia scale) and reviewed options with us. Ultimately, we decided to have the tree removed. Their schedule was pretty busy, so it took about a week or two to find a good time for both of us, but they came out exactly when they said and took out the tree quickly. The job was very well done.

Very well pleased. Rob came out very soon after my request for an analysis of whether or not my ash tree should be treated for emerald ash borer. Rob indicated immediately that there was no guaranteed remedy for the insect problem, but my tree looked healthy for the time being. Rob recommended a preventative treatment I could perform. I considered his approach to be better than the invasive procedure that another company had recommended to me. Rob's recommendation was well taken, well thought out, and what I will do. At my request, Rob examined other trees and bushes on my property, offering recommendations on what I could do to protect these assets. His recommendations, again, were solidly thought out and made sense to me. Rob leaned toward fixing the problem from the "roots" -- strengthen the plant permanently rather than a quick fix of spraying the tree or bush with chemicals. The crew that did the trimming, bush removal and stump removal that I had requested showed up when expected, performed the work in a professional manner, and left our property in better shape than they found it. I had other arborists examine the same issues as Rob. Their solutions, besides costly, did not add up in my mind (I am an engineer/mathematician/IT professional) when compared to what Rob proposed.

They did a nice job. They did what they said and they honored the price that was quoted. I am satisfied with their service.

They began work just after 9 and finished this task @ 4. They used a bucket truck to drive close enough to the trees in order for Randy to reach them with his bucket. They not only raked afterwards but blew the lawn clean of any leftover debris. All of the debris was cleaned up and taken away once it had been chipped.

We received 4 Angies List estimates from 'A' rated providers. Estimator Rob's knowledge of trees came through. The ability to actually schedule a site visit so I was available was a positive. The team arrived as scheduled with Rob and we walked through the job again discussing exactly what to do and where the septic system is. The team worked in multiple areas at the same time. They were well equipped and the yard was cleaned up, raked and grass blown with a leaf blower to remove all miscellaneous residue and helping trampled grass to stand back up. Ready to mow condition. I'm impressed.

I went with this company for two reasons. First, they were the only one of four that I called for estimates that agreed to meet me at the house to discuss the work. This was a large job and I wanted to talk to the person at the site before hiring them. Second, their quote was right in the middle. My policy is to throw out the low and high quotes and take the one in the middle. Their quote and another were about equal, but it was the personal service that swung the decision. The job itself went smoothly. They did an excellent job of trimming a hugely overgrown tree back and cleaning up after themselves. The men I spoke with were polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

They did a great job cleaning up most of the sticks in the yard. I have had them out before and they did a good job that time as well.

Now everything looks fantastic. I felt like keeping this short because all you need to know is that they are a fantastic company and you shouldn't go with any other tree company in Indianapolis.

The gentleman in the bucket truck did a fantastic job trimming my pin oak. While the crew was there, I asked for a quote to removed the soft maple. The quote was very reasonable and I had them perform the work. I will definitely use them again.

In the summer of 2009, a windstorm ripped an 8" caliper branch off one of my Bradford Pear trees--almost destroying it. As a result, I knew I needed to have the trees pruned in order to save them from future storm damage. Rob, one of Complete Tree Care's supervisors, educated me about the need to thin the trees to remove excess weight and reduce the "wind sail" effect. Rob's crew removed an enormous number of limbs in such a way that vulnerable branches are no longer stressed and the wind can blow freely through the remaining ones. In the process, they preserved the trees' natural oval shape. (see photos). I'm so happy that Rob recommended "thinning" rather than "topping". Thinning produced three lovely silhouettes to admire during the trees' leafless winter months. Topping, while recommended by some tree pruners, causes trees to look short, stubby and unnatural in the winter. Rob also advised that thinning allows photosynthesis to proceed on track which keeps the root system strong. Now that it is spring, the trees have blossomed and are ready to leaf out. With this type of pruning, my Bradford Pear trees should last for years. The same process was used on the ash trees with excellent results. As for the privet hedge, Complete Tree Care removed one-third of the hedge's top which had become a sunlight-blocking canopy for the lower branches. In addition, the crew neatly narrowed both sides of the hedge. The workers used a shearing technique followed by meticulous clean-cutting by hand of any jagged branches. This year the entire hedge will fill in and form a great privacy screen. After pruning, the Complete Tree Care crew raked up and disposed of all the cut branches. I heartily recommend Complete Tree Care from the initial education I received to their final end product: neatly pruned trees and shrubs that cause my neighbors to inquire, "Who pruned your trees?"

I have no idea anymore of the cost for their service. They were just very friendly and willing to talk to me. I guess it was the owner and it is a family run business. He was very pleasant. The quality of work was fine. They cleaned up. The trees are in bloom now. They didn't damage them. The trees are beautiful and they look very nice. Their punctuality was fine.

They are quite good. The price was right. They cleaned up after themselves and they did a good job. I was very happy.

They were priced competitvely with some other bids that I got.
