FANTASTIC!! They were able to get us scheduled quickly....within a week of our estimate. This was a very large project with numerous trees to be removed, all stumps to be ground out and a huge pile of debris from years of our own yard clean-up, which they ground up and hauled away. They brought out every possible piece of heavy equipment they would need, and a crew that worked amazingly well together. I was so fascinated with their teamwork and heavy equipment that I watched the whole process, from start to finish. They were working near one of my flower beds and never once dropped anything in it. The man in the bucket truck would cut a huge piece of the upper trunk and lower it, then without any apparent communication another man would run in and tackle it to head it away from my flower bed. Each team member knew exactly what to do and when to do it. As I said - I was amazed.

Wonderful! Professional interaction, clean up was spectacular. They were flexible with scheduling and worked with us to try to maneuver their equipment into our backyard (they actually ended up removing a small tree for free so that they could drive their truck straight into our backyard)

We don't know how long we'll be able to keep the tree healthy but we have a better chance with their help. They were prompt to respond and very professional. We loved the service we received and recommend them highly.

Do have an idea of what you want them to do. In our case, we wanted the crown of one tree to have less branches to help the health of the tree. When in leaf, the tree blocked the view of our home so we wanted the lower branches cut. We also did not want the branches to come too close to the house.

They were polite and clean. I have been using them for years. They are extra friendly. I completely trust them.

Rob came out and gave us an estimate. It was higher than another company, so he matched the other company's price and did the work. We asked him to have the crew cut the tree into moveable pieces and just leave all the debris there, as we have room to dispose of it on our property. The company did a great job and we'd hire them again.

Met with Rob on site to go over my requests/work order. He explained everything - how it would be done, approximate date they could get to it, cleanup, etc. Only issue was getting a start date - mostly due to lots of rainy days and a busy time of year. However, they came through when I really needed the job done - even came out on a Saturday with a large crew that was very well organized (Rob came out to make sure everything was in order). Very professional - got the job done in an hour, very nice cleanup included. Job was done exactly as described it would be, no surprises. It was also a nice surprise to find out I could use the Angie's List coupon for 10% off (Rob just told me to include it when I sent in my payment). Would definately use this service again.

I called for an estimate. The gentleman came out and gave me. He called me about 30 minutes before he arrived, which was great. He gave me his quote and said there was about a two week lead time. That was fine with me. They called 3 days ahead of time with an exact date. i really appreciated this. They did a fine job, and cleaned up really well. i would highly recommend them. It's great when a company does what they say.

This was a great experience -- from beginning to end. I phoned last weekend and left a message for someone to call me back. (They called me back on Monday, said they'd have us a quote by Tuesday, and they did. The quote was $500, and I was able to use a 10% AL discount). On Thursday, I called Complete Tree Care and asked for their insurance information. They emailed their insurance company and asked them to fax me a copy of their document, which I received immediately. I told them I wanted to schedule the tree removal, and he made sure I had read the information at the bottom of the document so I understood exactly what I was getting (mainly that there would be a pile of chips from the stump remaining in the hole). They phoned the utiliities to come and mark for underground lines and scheduled me for Tuesday morning. I asked if they would call me on Tuesday and let me know where I was on the schedule. (They called at 8:30 this morning and told me where I was.) They arrived and completed the entire job and were gone in one hour. (This was a pretty large bradford pear tree.) They were immaculate, and you can't even tell they've been here. Everyone we talked to and/or worked with through this process was very nice, professional, and on-time. I will definitely use them again!

Good quality work and the yard was thoroughly cleaned afterwards.

We were very pleased with the work that was done. It was done quickly and thoroughly with care taken not to disturb other features on the property. The crew worked together well despite extreme heat. They even chopped some branches we had cut earlier. I would definitely have them work for us again.

They responded rapidly and did a great job. Cleaned up very well afterward. I had tried to get Ping's to do this, but they simply were not getting to my work and I was afraid that the large dead tree near my house could fall on it. Complete Tree Care did a fine job and I will likely use them for my tree services in the future.

We were very pleased with the work.

They came out on time, did the work and did an excellent job of cleaning up. One tree was right by the swimming pool and I was assuming that there would be some debris fall into the pool. When they left there was not one leaf in the pool or surrounding area. They did a great job.

Overall very satisfied with my experience. I received the estimate on a Tuesday and work began on Thursday. They had to come back on Friday to remove the stump since the utilitiy markings were not yet completed. Not the cheapest estimate we received, but the price paid was in line with what I thought was reasonable and willing to pay. The individuals I dealt with were very professional. Great job on cleaning up the yard after the tree removal and the tree trimming. I also had a few large branches from some lost limbs I had not cut for firewood yet. They cut them free of charge and stacked the wood. Very happy with how the trimmed pear tree turned out. I would hire them again and recommend them.

From start to finish, all the work went smoothly, efficient, and I will hire them again.

We called Complete Tree Care Inc. to come to our home and look at a Thornless Honey Locust that appeared to be dying. Doug McKinney came the next day. He diagnosed the problem as burn caused by Imprellis herbicide and asked if we had a lawn care service that may be using that chemical. He looked at some spruce trees also, and they appear to have burn on the tips from the same chemical. We contacted our lawn care company and learned that they did use the Imprellis and have oher customers with damaged trees. Since we are assuming this is a correct diagnosis, there is nothing else for Mr. McKinney to do at this time. We are working with the lawn care provider for compensation. The visit was at no charge.

The tree looks wonderful now! After they came out to fix my dying tree, I called them to come take care of Emerald Ash Borer and treat our ash trees. They were nice, polite, and friendly. They also sent a certified arborist, so I could tell they were knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Complete Tree Care arrived on time and began work immediately. The honey locust had grown in all directions and was they were able to trim it into a nice shape. The river birches were not looking very good due to iron deficiency and are now starting to respond to the iron injections. I am very pleased with the services performed.

Doug and crew were great. They are very knowledgeable and very trustworthy. They came out to give me an estimate on my dead big tree in my front yard. The cost seems very reasonable and I will most likely proceed with it in the near future. The whole staff is kind and friendly and I feel very comfortable working with them on this project and in the future.

They were prompt, professional, and courteous. Their prices seemed very reasonable to us. Overall, we were most satisfied with the experience. They initially took down the trees but could not grind the stumps as underground lines had not been marked yet. When one person told me that I needed to pay when the trees first came down, I called yo give them a credit card number. However, the person I spoke to refused to take the card number as he did not want to receive payment until the entire job was done. They seem to be a first class operation.

They are responsive and communicated well. And they are VERY reasonably priced in comparison to their competitors. They were very considerate of my property and careful to not damage my front yard with cherry picker truck during wet spring and early summer. They waited until dry season to complete the job and let me know in advance when they would be here. They are great to work with, and I just hired them again to do more work in the back yard. They are the only tree service I will use going forward. I highly recommend them!

the crews showed up on time, removed 2 large trees without damaging surrounding landscaping, worked hard and fast, all work was done correctly and the tree site(s) were raked and cleaned. excellent job.

They were extremely helpful and performed their services like professionals. I've had tree services performed by other companies in past years, and this company and its personnel are the best. They were polite in their work, cleaned up everywhere, and I highly recommend them to anyone...you won't be disappointed.
