The service they recommended was outstanding.

Arrived on time. Trimmed two large trees. Cleaned up all debris. When they were done you would never know that they were here. They explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. They were done in about two hours. I have used there service for about 15 years. Always satisfied.

Rob Engledow was very honest, professional, and informative. He was very direct and clear in communicating what needed to be done. He gave us options about how we can save our trees and what we will need to look out for in the future. He was extremely knowledgeable and we were very impressed with his quick responses and decisions about what needed to be done. The office was very quick to return our call to set up a time for an estimate and Rob showed up right on time for the appointment. Overall we were very impressed with this company.

These guys are great! They were helpful from start to finish and really know their business. Rob came out and walked the property with us. He worked with us as we tried to get our neighbor to join us for a discounted deal (the neighbor ended up passing (his loss!)). Rob, Steve, and their team kept in touch with us as we experienced weather delays due to so much rain in June. We finally secured a date in early July once the ground was dry. This was important because due to the position of our home and trees, it was necessary for the crew to enter the grounds through another neighbor's yard. Luckily, we have a good relationship with the neighbors, so it was not problem obtaining permission from them (using a detailed form provided by Compete Tree Care). The crew thoroughly removed dead wood and trimmed everything beautifully! The work was long overdue, but very much needed due to previous home owner having "topped" the trees. We could not be happier and more pleased with the great performance of Complete Tree Care, Inc.!

They came a day early due to bad weather predicted the next day. They used an arm bucket to reach top of the 40 foot maple large limbs. They were unable to grind stump that evening because of rain but did return 1 week later to grind all 4 stumps. Very knowledgeable about trees and laws pertaining to neighbors tree branches that over hung in my yard.

Extremely responsive, due to the nature of my situation, they were out to quote me a rate the next day and had scheduled to come out within a couple days. Weather did push back the job by a couple days, but they stayed in communication with me and got out as quickly as they could. Did a great job with both of my trees and the clean-up afterwards was excellent...even removed a pile of branches I had from a previous clean-up.

We have some pine trees that branches were dying on. I had sprayed them, and seemed to have it under control, but I wanted a pro to let me know if further treatment was needed. Rob the Arborist that came out was a true professional. He arrived right on time and took the time to check our trees and explain everything so I could understand it. The culprit was Southern Pine Borers. He said I had done the proper things such as spraying and using tree spikes. He also stated the the trees were still healthy, so there wasn't any need of their services at this time. I asked if they offered a preventative spray program, but they don't, but he gave me a name of a company that does. You also can't beat the price, as the estimate was free.

I think they are already on Angie’s List. The experience has been very good. They were very professional and they cleaned up everything before they left.

These folks were very knowledgeable. They provided an explanation of the type of solution they were using to treat the evergreen. When I asked for additional information, they even made an extra trip to bring me the technical information sheet on the product I felt like we were all a part of a team headed for the same goal.

We were concerned about three 70-75 foot black cherry trees that were decaying at their base. We checked Angie's List reviews of 2012 Super Service Award winners and were impressed by the comments about Rob Engledow, the arborist at Complete Tree Care. He came out to take a look the next day after we called and explained what was going on with the Black Cherries as well as with several Steeplechase Arborvitae that were struggling. 3 wild cherries were dying, one on which he felt could fall at anytime and likely would hit our house. A 4th one in the same area was healthy and a 5th on adjacent community property was splitting down a Vee a few feet off the ground. We elected to take the 3 on out property down and are working with our HOA on the 5th on. We worked with Steve at CTC's office and found him to be quite helpful and informative. Due to the concern about one of the trees falling, he worked to get us scheduled on a priority basis. Mike and his crew of three showed up on time today and did a terrific job. They took down the three trees, each 70 to 75 feet tall, in about 3 hours with absolutely no damage to anything. They used a bucket truck to take down the trees piece by piece and ground each piece into sawdust as they went. They used plywood to protect the edges of the drive and the yard/sprinkler system from the weight of the bucket truck. They did a very thorough job of cleaning up. A stump removal crew arrived shortly after they left. They removed the stumps without damaging any of the landscaping and also did a good job of clean-up.

Very good experience. I called several tree companies. Complete Tree Care was able to come to give me an estimate the SAME day I called----others could not. I received a phone call with the estimate amount and details of what they proposed for the removal of the tree and treatment to protect the remainder of the tree. They did not try to talk me into taking the whole tree down - or services I didn't want. Price agreed to on the phone---came home the next day and the downed portion of the tree was gone. You couldn't even tell anyone had been there. Area was left very clean and they did what they say they would!

I was amazed how quickly the team took down the maple! They cleaned up ~ which was great! I didn't have to do a thing. The team came back a couple of days later to grind out the stump. They moved our landscaping rock, took off the the fence gate to get the grinder into the back yard. When they left, everything was put back the way it was before. Again ~ no clean up for us!

The crew was hard working and efficient. They took special care to avoid dropping limbs on my roof & yard fence. They cleaned up well when done. Everyone at the company was pleasant to deal with.

Rob took the time to walk around with me and explain what each of our 30+ trees is and how to care of them. He made several recommendations for how what to do with some of the trees that need help. None of his recommendations were anything that would generate revenue for the company. He was very patient and answered all my questions, even when I asked him to repeat things so I could write them down. I would have gladly paid for the consultation, because it was exactly what I needed to take care of our trees. You can bet we'll call them when we need work done with our trees. A+++

I called for an estimate and was given the estimate immediately over the phone. (I contacted 2 other companies that never got back to me.) I called back the next day and scheduled installation. He came out that afternoon to check measurements. He then said he'd install 2 days later. FAST! He came and installed the door. We found out that a large homemade shelving until was in the way of the new door guides, so he helped us unload and move the shelving unit. It was an A+ experience the whole way!

I could not be happier with Complete Tree Care (CTC). I originally found CTC on Angie's List. I got estimates from 6 tree companies so i could get my best price and CTC have been right where they needed to be price wise (not always the cheapest but very, very competitive with all the other top-rated companies). I think CTC would have done my trees the same day we did the contract but the weather was uncooperative. CTC called me every day telling me that once things dried out, they would be out to do the work and that is exactly what happened. This is a first-rate company. I have recommended them to several friends and if I have more work to be done they will be on the short list.

They were able to accomplish the job efficiently. Everything turned out very well with the job. They provide good value for the money you spend.

Complete Tree Care did an excellent job for us. We moved into our home last year and inherited a yard with many mature trees. Rob came out and did a fantastic job of letting us know which trees were in jeopardy. The crew arrived promptly and were very professional. They did a great job of clean up. We will definitely use them again. They were all very nice and courteous. Rob did an excellent job of evaluating all the trees in our yard.

This was an excellent experience. The gentlemen who provided the price (whose name escapes me) clearly was an experienced horticulturalist who knew his trees. Since the work depended on the weather, they called the day before and arrived as planned. A crew of about six men, a bucket truck, a chipper, etc. arrived, to be supplemented later by another full crew and associated equipment. Note that these trees were in serious need of work, since they had not been trimmed in many years. While I initially thought this was a lot of money, considering the number of men, the equipment and the time involved (a full day), it was not an unreasonable price. When the job was complete, the grounds were cleaner than when they had arrived. I was most pleased and would not hesitate to use Complete's services again.

The job went well. They cleaned up perfectly when they were finished. it was like they had never been here. They did knock the mailbox off.They came back today and installed my mailbox back on the post.It was my fault that I didn't call them when it happened so they could come back and fix it sooner.. Everything else was perfect. Now that is good to so for that I would definately hire them again.

Service was over and above what I expected. They went out of their way to do what I needed to have trimmed away. Professional service and the cleanup was very good. I would highly recommend their services to others.L
