Complete Comfort Heating Air Plumbing

If I could give zero stars I would. To start, lets dig into the initial problem, and details of why I called Complete Comfort out. I have a four year old furnace in a newly rennovated home. It was having problems keeping up with the drop in temperatures and the gas would shut off not incredibly long after starting up. The error code suggested it was overheating. The tech texts and misspells his own name. He arrives and is able to open the gate on a 4 foot high fence. He then walks into the house smelling of marijuana, and takes over an hour and a half and a half to come tell me the heat exchange needs replaced. He shows me a picture of some metal that has barely any rust as evidence that this unit needs entirely replaced and says that it was clogged with dust and debris. The quote I received to replace the heat exchanger was $8700! I refused service as the real problem is the gas flow was set too high causing the flames to rise to high causing the overheating which is a $100 dollar fix. No signs of rust, dust, nor debris in the unit at all. I tried contacting the service manager to discuss the situation, but they refused to return my calls.

Had complete HVAC/Air Conditioning system installed last summer.. They intially appeared to have a good price, but AFTER installation I received an email offering an additonal 10%. They refused to honor the additional 10% even after I called & talked to some manager. They did not give any filters with the new system even after I asked. (No, not even one IN the system. They left with NO FILTER in the system & then claimed that they NEVER give filters with your new system!!) After installation several people pointed out that the system was installed incorrectly. It was too close to the house, the outside unit was not up on legs as required and there was no "trap" installed where the furnace drains. I believe that some of these errors were code violations(?) Even though they came back & fixed the problem, I never got an apology or ANY kind of compensation or acknowledgement of the problem. I posted a one star review on Google that I found out 6 months later they somehow had removed. So I posted another one & they FINALLY responded with an offer of a few free filters. I posted a comment about their "too late" offer & then they somehow had THAT review removed as well. So they didn't honor their coupon, messed up the install & refused to apologize or compensate me for their errors and THEN they had my reviews removed from Google. I DEFINITELY want to warn people to stay away from this company!
