Terrible, the installer was not in the house 15 minutes when he broke one of the bookends. When I called the person the installer told me to call I was told a claim would be submitted to Liberty Insurance company and we should be contacted soon. No contact yet and what was broken cost us $150 for the pair of bookends (NY City Library Lions) plus $20 shipping. The service was installed but the installer forgot to tell us our new email address and i wasted over 45 minutes trying to get the email address and password setup from the 1-800 number. Finally the person who our installer told us to contact was able to get me to where I could get the email address and password setup. Would not recommend anyone getting Comcast phone and internet. The installer broke an expensive bookend because he was in a hurry. I had asked him if I needed to move anything before this happened. He did not say a word until the job was done. He did give me the name of his boss so we could order another book end. The new one is a different color...We were given no instructions or a password, so my husband spend hours on the phone after the installer left.
Description of Work: High speed internet was installed and we added the phone service, too.
