I feel as though I got robbed. Nothing they said was true and they wanted almost $800 for two months of cable and Internet. I will square up with them because it shows negatively upon me, but my services have been canceled and will go elsewhere with my business.
Description of Work: I was quoted at 85.99 for a double play. (Cable and high speed internet). Sounds pretty good. The technician came out February 28th, it took him 6 hours to get my cable going. Already had internet at the time. 2 weeks later I get a bill for $517. I called and questioned how they justify charging me $517, response "we prorated your one day of cable in February ($79). One day =$79. No way!!!! Then they charged me $263 for March and you have to pay a month ahead so for April they they charged me $175. I questioned that as well apparently my cable and Internet package of 85.99 is not actually real it's 175. I talked to them for about an hour and a half, do get everything situated I paid 363$$$ for a month of cable everything was in order they took the extra charges off. I was squared away right? Wrong less then 30 days later 24 to be exact, my cable and Internet was disconnected. Again I called and my bill was $327 with a a pyment due of 205$, I now have ten days to pay or it goes to collections.

They're good. Their prices are a little bit higher. So far their quality is pretty good. Their customer service is kind of lacking. They don't seem to communicate. I've been charged for things they said I wouldn't be charged for and install dates have been mixed up. Their communication isn't as good.

It went great. They worked very well and I will use them a again.
Description of Work: They came to my home on Friday 3rd in June. They just Comcast home, scrubbing the carpet, putting cable, did some repair and replaced for my son Timothy.

We really did not have any problem. We switched to AT&T because of the TV commercials are wonderful but we went back to Comcast. Their price is competitive.
