+ -1 moreFor the most part, everything Brad and crew did went well. We had a problem caused by the concrete manufacturer, but Mr. Collier was quick to acknowledge and willing to work many extra hours to fix the problem caused by the manufacturer.
Description of Work: We had pipes that were designed to carry water away from the foundation of our home, buried under our existing concrete patio, collapse. We actually did not know exactly what happened prior to contracting with Brad Collier. During the flooding on 6-7-08, our basement and crawlspace flooded. It was evident what caused the basement flooding, the sump pumps burnt up. When we had a second significant rain and only the crawl space flooded, we knew we had buried pipe problems. Our goal was to find a company that would cut and remove minimal concrete, replace the damaged pipe, haul away all old concrete, and pour new colored, decorative concrete. Brad Collier did all of the above. The entire process was almost 2 weeks with 3 men working most of the time. While the price was high, the entire job was very labor intensive. This work including removing about 800 brick pavers, jack hammering out the old concrete and hauling it away, burying the new pipe and connecting it to 5 downspouts and the sump pump pipe, forming and pouring 4 large step areas, and a large section of concrete.

+ -1 moreTHEY TOLD US IT WOULD TAKE 3 WEEKS, BUT IT TOOK 9. THEY HAD TO TEAR OUT AND REDO ONE SECTION BECAUSE IT LOOKED SO BAD. THEY LEFT A LOT OF CONCRETE MESS AROUND OUR YARD.
