Fast, friendly service. The young men were professional and did the job quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Everything went really well in all regards. Communication was great throughout. Mostly email - answering questions, setting up and my changing of delivery times (always responded within hours), a morning text reminder of delivery time, and then 30 minute call-ahead. On time. Scheduled timing was a two hour window, pretty good I think. The two workers, Jake and Josh, were excellent in all regards. Courteous, wore shoe protectors, got right to work, worked very efficiently, were very careful with the furniture, as heavy as it was, and completed the work in about 35 minutes. There is a one hour minimum charge. And Jake and Josh asked if there was anything else that I needed help with in that hour. Really impressed. Price seemed fair, but I did not comparison shop. And won't the next time either, as their top level service was well worth it.

Perfect from start to finish. Returned my call promptly the same day. Came exactly on time. The two young men were polite and professional. They were in and out in about 20 minutes. Same price was paid that was quoted. I consider this a good deal as it is hard to get rid of a piano. Will use them again and refer them to anyone I know that needs something hauled away.

When they came to pick up the furniture and stuff, their price was twice what they estimated over the phone. It was quite high for what they hauled. They did enable us to get our garage back, but I probably could have gotten the job done for far less. I've had more stuff hauled for less money before (in the last few months).

We were very pleased with the service of this company. The two gentlemen who came to do the hauling explained the program, how the pricing works, and what they do with the materials they haul away. (They make every effort to keep it out of a landfill). They were finished with the loading within 15 or 20 minutes, and even swept the tree debris from the sidewalk and the curb. We would definitely hire them again.

They worked fast and efficiently. I like the fact that they swept the driveway when they were done. I would recommend these guys.

I was able to schedule their service on short notice, 5 days ahead of the move. On the day of the move, they called and let me know they were on their way and what time to expect them at the storage unit. Two movers and a truck arrived on time, and they went right to work. They lived up to their motto of no stress moving. They knew they were on the clock, as I paid by the hour for their service, and really hustled to get the job done, to the point to jogging back into the storage unit to get more items. They took great care in moving and packing the furniture and other items on their truck for the move to my home, and also when packing the UPack trailer. I was impressed on how tightly they were able to pack the UPack trailer, (you pay by foot of space used), they saved me some money and load stayed in place. They did a great job.

They were done in an hour. They were professional and I appreciated the fact that they took great care of handling my antique furniture.

Friendly, professional, courteous, QUICK service. They take away the clutter, assure it's recycled, donated, or properly disposed of in order to avoid dumping at a landfill. We had lots of odds and ends to haul, were right in the middle of clearing our garage of years of clutter, and were looking for a hauling firm to accept our donation - College Hunks fit the bill perfectly. They came, they hauled, they took it away. We are well pleased with their service and will definitely call on them for any future donation pick-ups/hauling.

It was a very heavy sofa bed and they did it in a manner that was professional and pleasant. The quote they gave me over the phone was very close to what I paid. They called to say they would be a little late but were still in the time frame. Very good nurtured and nice. Very gracious for us using them.

After getting all my details, I was informed that the company did not service this area. According to the person I talked to on the phone, I could go and get a truck myself and someone could come and help me move the piece. Why are you listed as a mover in my area if you don't provide the services of a mover here?

Cory and Dalton arrived exactly on time and on the day we agreed upon. They were friendly, professional and made sure I understood the services they were going to provide. The furniture was moved quickly and they took great care to be careful while in my home. I was very happy with College Hunks--the service they provide moving items to Goodwill is so convenient and it's nice to know that they will accept small jobs as well as big ones. I will definitely call them again.

Great. Jake called early with a estimate of time of arrival, called back at the agreed time for an update. Kept the update time. Professional. Did not track in dirt. Quick. Friendly. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! Needed to have a large TV and stand removed. Was able to schedule online and received a $10 discount. Scheduled service for the next day, received a confirmation e-mail, a telephone call to confirm, a reminder text in the morning and a call about 15 minutes before the arrived. TV and stand were removed promptly. Would not hesitate to use again when we need more "stuff" removed and discarded!

They did a great job. The "hunks" were timely, professional and courteous. They were also very good about communicating with me before they arrived and in describing what needed to happen.

College Hunks are amazing. I can not say enough great things about Jeff. They prove their stress-free tagline over and through. They are delightful to work with and are beyond professional. We had three guys come out for our move and Jeff made sure things were done quick and fast and worked with our schedule. My sister she wanted to move just so she could use College Hunks. Give them a call and talk to Jeff. You won't regret it!!!

Excellent service. Everything was well stabilized in the truck and arrived in good condition. Jeff was very prompt and also called 30 minutes before our meeting. He made sure the ground was stable before placing the items and was generally extremely helpful and nice. I will not hesitate to call them next time I need help moving something

My experience was excellent. The provider was easy to work with on scheduling and followed up with a customer service survey for feedback on my experience. Matt and Jake arrived promptly at my home and both were friendly and hardworking. They worked quietly and quickly. They were very polite. I would highly recommend this provider and will use them in the future.

Matthew called to let me know he and Shelby were on their way and the approximate time of their arrival. They were here when they said they would be. Both men were clean, well-groomed, polite and friendly. We did a walk-through of what I wanted them to take, both men paid obvious attention to which items were truly junk and which could still be used. Shelby went through the company's policy, procedures and pricing guide with me, and provided me with an estimate, which was certainly fair. The men then began removing the items from my living area and basement. It was done efficiently, with smiles, and in very good time. Additionally, they treated my property and my home with respect. I also applaud the company's goals of both reusing and/or recycling items whenever possible in order to reduce things being trucked to landfills. I will recommend this company to family and friends without any misgiving at all, and I will use the company in the future for moving, hauling, or any of the other services it offers. Two thumbs WAY up for HUNKS.

Everything was great. Kept me updated on arrival time. Removed heavy appliance from basement with no problem. Was concerned about walls, but shouldn't have been. Very polite college students.

Called to ask if they could come earlier than the given time. Arrived promptly. Workers listened to instructions on what they should and not take away. I got the feeling that this company actually cares about the service they perform and pleasing the customer.

We chose this provider because the reviews were all A's on Angie's List. We received many quotes from other moving vendors and had prompt communication and follow up from the College Hunks call center in Florida. On 3 separate occasions leading up to our move we spoke with Casey Manchester in the FL call center to review just how many items/rooms, etc. we had to move. We indicated that we had a 3 bedroom apartment and in addition had 2 separate storage units, a 10x10 and a 10x20 that would need moved. So we stressed on several occasions that we essentially have a 5 bedroom home. Casey quoted us $1200 and 8 hours. We were fine with this as we figured this sounded about right. On 3/21, the evening BEFORE the move, Jeff called us and indicated that he didn't have enough trucks, asked us to recite how many items we have again, and then indicated that he didn't the trucks or manpower to do this job for what we were quoted. At this point, it already feels like a price bait and switch. We indicated that we are not professional movers, we don't do moving logistics and this is what we hired THEM for! We also painted a perfect picture to their call center rep as to what our needs were. If we needed to pay more then fine.....no problem...just send the staff/equipment to do so! We offered Jeff the opportunity to (even at the last minute) turn down our job so we could make alternate arrangements with another vendor. Nonetheless, Jeff and two movers arrived promptly at 9 at our apartment and you could tell from the start that they were unhappy with us as they knew they would have a bigger job than what was quoted us. To their credit, they made quick progress on our apartment and they had a tough task of taking apart bunk beds which were not easy to do. They also spent alot of time putting beds together. Unfortunately the truck wasn't large enough to handle our things. They had to make 3 trips. Even with an empty truck on the 3rd run to our apartment they failed to bring our wardrobe, a lamp, and a few other items. We feel we literally wound up working as hard as they did to get the job done in time, only to be charged more than the original quote. We unloaded most of our storage units while they stayed on the truck and positioned items. Waking up this morning we feel as sore as if we did the move ourselves. We had an elliptical that was supposed to go in the basement that they didn't put there. They didn't put a desk together in our office and they wound up staying until 8 p.m. to put our bunk beds together while charging us an additional $378 beyond the quote. In the end we felt like these were nice guys, they just had too big of a job and you could see it in their demeanor. They freely admitted that their call center communication to the local franchisee's was poor and full of issues. We articulated to them that they worked hard and we appreciated it, but in the end I feel like instead of unpacking boxes and enjoying our move, I spent half the day on THEIR truck and down the ramp. I'm assuming this was likely a liability issue in its own right. One hires movers to make this stressful day/job easier and it just turned out to be more stressful. I hate to be negative toward a local business owner/franchisee, but I certainly would suggest you look elsewhere for your future moving services until this crew can work out their issues with communication to their call center.
