Description of Work: Moved our household from Fishers to Avon. They were very prompt arriving and worked very efficiently to get the truck packed. The young men took very good care of our furniture loading and unloading. We would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: These guys were great. They were able to move a 55 inch projection tv like it was nothing...down a flight of stairs! They also collected donations that were going to Goodwill. I will definitely call them again if I need to have any large items moved. They were the best!

Description of Work: They hauled 2 very large pieces of furniture from my basement out to their truck. They also hauled away carpet pieces and padding pieces plus paneling which had been removed from my basement walls and other assorted construction items. They did an excellent job, were here on time, and they completed their work in a timely manner for a very acceptable price. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: They took 2 old TVs that we had replaced with new flat screens. Both of the TVs were heavy & awkward, one was very heavy. They took them to a recycle location. There fee was based on volume. We could have added more items for the same $109. They were very polite, friendly, and helpful. They started by explaining what they were going to do and how much it would cost.

Description of Work: Moved approximately a 2-bedroom house worth of furniture, stuff, and washer-dryer. Wrapped items with drawers to keep them closed. Blanketed items while loading and unloading to keep from getting damaged. Pleasant mover guys, and the office staff was very responsive at quoting and scheduling. The moving was a bit pricier than another lower-rated company, but worth it. I was pleased enough that we ended up using them again several months later to haul away some old furniture. That was priced very reasonably.

However, we still had him give an estimate and found him to be quite reasonable with his pricing. We made an appointment for exactly one week later based on the estimate. However, Bryan never showed up for the appointment. We called him and left a message. He returned our call and told us he forgot to place our appointment on the schedule. I explained the inconvenience (we planned our weekend around this appointment), and he expressed understanding but was clearly irritated with me for sharing our thoughts. He was not willing to do anything for us (price-wise) to compensate for the inconvenience, so we told him that we'd look elsewhere.

+ -1 moreUp front, they confirmed the phone estimate of a maximum of $450---less if any of the furniture could be recycled. They arrived about half an hour later than they had called to tell us they would arrive, but still (barely) within their two hour scheduling window. Once here they got everything out quickly and with no disruption or damage to anything else--no mean feat with numerous large, heavy, and unwieldy pieces. Where necessary they dismantled furniture--they had tools with them. And they got it all in one truckload.
Description of Work: They removed, loaded, and hauled a truckload of furniture: from the first floor two sleeper sofas; a couch/love seat/ chair set, coffee table and two end tables; dining room table, four chairs, and bench; china hutch, and large entertainment center--plus a day bed, mattress, and trundle from upstairs, and a very heavy dining table top left in the basement by a previous hauler.
