Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's Big Deal in May of 2012. Immediately the company called me to schedule an appointment. They arrived punctual and looked at my roof and sealed a few places which needed it. When he came off the roof he took the time to talk to me about what he found, including showing pictures. He also said that there was a small section of my roof which needed repair as well as some sort of flashing which needed replacing and that he would email me an estimate in the next couple of days. I never received it. I started calling in July to find out where my estimate was. I left 3 messages and no one returned my phone call. On the fourth attempt, I caught Scott in the office. He said he would look into it and call me back. Scott did call back in day and said he could not find a report on my home and that he needed to come out to look at my roof. At that time he told me over and over again that they were not the cheapest company in town and that it would be best if I had the work done elsewhere. I told him that I needed to see a report so I could find out exactly what was wrong with my roof and prevent me being taken advantage of. That is why I purchased a 2 year Angie's List Membership! He said he was going out of town but would come to my home on a Monday after lunch. I rearranged my schedule so I could meet with him, he never showed. On Tuesday morning he did arrive at my home and I was not there. My son did tell me he went up on the roof. It is a week later and I still not heard from this company. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: Josh checked my roof for needed repairs and assured me my roof was good and should last a few more years. I was impressed he didn't try to sell me on more repairs but was truthful.
