Description of Work: This deal included checking my roof, siding, and gutters, with a $100 credit towards future work. The person they sent seemed very knowledgeable and even calked around my chimney, where he suspected a leak. He told me where I needed to replace several feet of gutters, but I was later told by someone else that they could be fixed. However, his estimate seemed very reasonable, especially with the credit.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal from Cochran Exteriors LLC, they called within a couple of hours and make an appointment to come and see me the following day at 2:30 pm.. I was home from 12:00pm until 3:25pm when I had to leave to pick up my children from school. At no time have they tried to contact me to advise they would be late, apologize for not keeping the appointment or try to re-schedule.

Response from Cochran Exteriors LLC
We sent the estimate to [removed member name] back on July 10th after meeting with her on the 7th and based on her response here she didn't receive it. I'm not sure if it went to her spam folder or what happened, but after seeing her review I immediately called her by phone and responded by email with the attached estimate on August 15th. As of today I still have not heard back from [removed member name], but do understand her frustration!! We've done what all we can as of now and look forward to hearing back from her to rectify this situation.
