Description of Work: I bought a deal for $99 for 500 square feet of attic insulation. Cochran Exteriors work was done according to "Deal" and I am satisfied with their punctuality and ability to perform the work as I had requested. May use them again if additional work is needed.

Description of Work: They came and inspected out attic and gave us a quote, which was very high compared to other competitors.

Description of Work: I signed up for 500 sq. ft. of attic insulation back in Nov. 2014. After several attempts to make contact, the work was finally performed in late January 2015. The installation team did a good job and were very neat. The final cost was $760, since that is what it actually cost to cover my attic area. I had to insist that major modifications be made to their standard boilerplate contract (6 pages) before I would agree to the work.

Description of Work: We had two additional downspouts installed to bring gutters up to code. Two professional installers arrived, performed the work, cleaned up after themselves and completed the task at hand. I was very impressed and plan to have Cochran put a new roof on our home this spring/summer.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $69 siding, gutter and roof inspection package plus credit. They basically looked at the roof and said we needed to call our insurance; they said we had signs of wind damage. We called State Farm who said we just needed to replace a few shingles and other than that, it was just age. Cochran met with State Farm with us. We ended up having someone else do the shingle repairs who had a better price.

Description of Work: The Angies DEAL was $90 for 500 sq ft of attic insulation. All I got was a quote for spraying the whole attic with insulation and the $90 was supposed to be credited against the job. I did not want the whole attic sprayed. They said they would deliver the 500 sq ft of insulation and they didnt. After I complained they returned my $90. NOT any kind of a DEAL from Angies member.

Description of Work: Evaluate for potential ice dams. No risk was found so he he mearly suggested I continue my preventive measures. No suggestion for unneeded services. Very honest person and I assume by extension, company. When there are services I need that this company provides I will certainly hire them.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for a roof tune up & repair. They contacted me the next day once I provided my contact #. Once the snow melted from the roof, they were quick to complete the service. They provided before & after pictures of their work. Because of this service I requested a quote for a roof replacement.

Description of Work: They took awhile getting back to me about my roofing problems. I was not happy with the outcome with this company.
