Description of Work: They constructed a roof over the front stoop of our home, installed a light, put on new gutters, added a down-spout, and did all the finish painting. The project was done professionally and was completed in about 3 days. The finished project looks great. A good indication of the appearance is that even frequent visitors comment that the roof looks like it belongs and has always been there.

Description of Work: We purchased a new roof and gutters for our home. The appx roof area was 3000 square feet. Everything about the purchasing experience was pleasant. The roofers cleaned up so well, you would have never known they were there. The men that came out to do the gutters did a great job and were very conscientious about the downspouts. They are placed and turned much better than the previous ones. We are very, very happy with Cochran Exteriors!

Description of Work: They inspected my son's roof and determined the damage was caused by the wind. They went the extra step and convinced my son's insurance company to cover the cost for the new roof and water damage in the attic and ceiling from the leak in the roof. Therefore, they get an outstanding rating from my son and I.

Description of Work: Jimmy was punctual, courteous and professional. He thoroughly inspected the roof, as well as the attic. He provided a comprehensive report of his findings, with visual support, of the overall condition of the roof and gutters. He also provided his professional opinion of what was needed to repair and/or replace the various areas that needed work. These were repairs that I had been putting off for some time. In addition to the gutter damage from ice dam build up and damage to the shingles, Jimmy also pointed out some installation problems with the current venting system that prevented complete ventilation of the attic area. Since not all vents were at the same height on the roof, the airflow in the attic was short circuited between the vents, rather than pulling from the soffit/eaves area for full ventilation. Also, the fan from the shower was vented into the attic, rather than being vented outside, which was causing moisture build up in the attic. Jimmy provided suggestions for resolving all these issues. Overall, I was comfortable with Jimmy's professional evaluation and suggestions, and felt confident that this company would provide excellent service. I have subsequently hired this company to provide the needed services.

Description of Work: Had Cochran come out and inspect roof. Had an issue that I needed a quote on, I was told it would be 3-4 days before I received the quote. I followed up 4 days later, was told there was an IT problem and I would receive the next day. Followed up again 3 days later, still no quote. Sent an email complaining about the lack of service and never got a response, or quote. If you don't need a whole roof, you may not ever get a response like me.
