Description of Work: I purchased a roofing inspection special from Cochran Exteriors through Angie's List back in July, as I had a leak around one of my sky lights. The rep from Cochran Exteriors inspected the roof and caulked around some vents near the sky light hoping that would stop the leaking, which unfortunately it did not. While performing the inspection the rep indicated that my roof had suffered significant storm damage and needed to be replaced, and that when the roof was being replaced they would have a better chance to figure out what was causing the leak around the sky light. The rep also indicated he was very good at getting Insurance companies to pay for the replacement roof and actually seemed pretty proud of his track record, so he helped me file a claim with my insurance provider that day. On the day the insurance adjuster came to my house to inspect the roof the rep from Cochran Exteriors was also present. After inspecting my roof the claim's adjuster found no damage and felt it was in perfectly good shape, which left the Cochran rep looking "like a deer in the headlights". Not once did the Cochran rep dispute the adjuster's finding. The adjuster suggested that Cochran Exteriors provide me a quote to repair the leaking sky light. The Cochran rep agreed and indicated that someone better suited from his company would stop by or contact me the next day to inspect and estimate the cost of the work. I never heard back from Cochran Exteriors again.

Description of Work: The contractor is inefficient and does not provide the service requested. Instead if you don't look over everything you sign on a blank i phone tablet your results will be an extra added on later with out your knowledge. Be ware.Consult your attorneys before you have any work done buy these frauds.

Description of Work: "2nd time for this company. Rep surveyed needs and wrote up specs and quote. Crew came in and had to shown where the repair work needed to be done. Didn't do the ""little"" things that were needed as noted by the rep. Gutter work was done by another crew, a week later. There was no communications about scheduling the gutter crew. When contracted the rep said not to pay te bill until he checked the work. He was notified and he's never come back or communicated. I provided the shingles from construction leftovers, and when the came up short, the used a different shingle to finish instead of getting more from the garage. |This company needs to integrate its sales staff and work crews. The crews do good work but never come knowing exactly where the repairs are to be done, even though the rep took pictures of the work to be done. I will probably not use this company again."

He contacted me when he was on site and let me know what was found after inspection and what work they were doing. He was professional and I was more than satisfied with my service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. First Class Business.
