Description of Work: The owner came out to do a gutter and roof inspection, whereas I had thought he was coming to clean my gutters. I had misunderstood the Angies deal. He was very polite zinc understanding even though I had misunderstood and went ahead and doc my inspection for free! I already got my refund check! I would definitely use them in the future for gutter, roofing or outdoor issues!!

Description of Work: They inspected our roof for damage and made some minor repairs.

Description of Work: Overall I am satisfied with the work, it just took more time than expected. On the first visit to my home there were 2 items not completed and a piece of siding was damaged. The initial work was completed on the 2nd trip but damaged siding was not repaired correctly. The siding was correctly repaired on the 3rd trip.

Description of Work: Removed/replaced roof and gutters due to hail damage. |Project Manager Scott Leigh was great both before the work and in following up after completion. Roofing crew worked around some rain showers to keep house dry. Gutter crew did great and were very professional (esp. Jerrod). |One issue would be communication (problem in any company) between admin, sales, workers - getting dates/times agreement, follow up calls by some, call ahead courtesy calls, etc. - otherwise, Cochran is a good, professional, versatile remodeling company.

Description of Work: Fall roof inspection/ tune-up. | |Mr. Cochran scheduled the inspection within a week after purchasing the deal. He was extremely professional and friendly. After checking the roof he did a couple of minor "fixes". He also provided a written report regarding the status of the roof. I would definitely use him in the future.

Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment to estimate roof / skylight repair. Estimator did not show up and no one from Cochran ever called back.

Description of Work: Purchased inspection package for $79.00. Inspection was performed. I was told I would receive a quote and pictures of shingles that needed replaced along with a few other minor issues that needed to be addressed. Never received the email. Never heard from them until I called them, weeks later, to find out why they never got back to me. Spoke to a manager who told me someone would get back to me. That was months ago and I still have not received an email or phone call.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal. They inspected the roof, including a place that had leaked in the past, and did not recommend further repairs. I gave them a B in responsiveness because they did not initiate contact after the purchase. However, when I called the office they were very responsive and sent someone out the following day.

Description of Work: They worked with our insurance to see if they would cover it, They were reasonable in price, they were prompt, they were clean and our roof has not had any issues.

Description of Work: Representative checked current condition of roof, which was the service I paid them to do. However, the area of my concern was not addressed in detail. The rep seemed interested only in the "deal" I'd hired them to do. I expected that they would have been more interested in the potential additional work I may have hired them for had the rep been able to provide an estimate or helpful information about my concerns.

Description of Work: Mark responded to my call immediately by coming to my home and providing an estimate for new guttering. Work was completed within 13 days. Crew removed all old gutters, replaced with new gutters in addition to rotted wood. Price was reasonable. All were knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
