Description of Work: I purchased a Roof Inspection Package through Angie's List's 'Big Deal'. The representative for Cochran Exteriors, Luke Gilbert, contacted me to establish a time for the inspection. Luke was prompt, professional, explained what he was going to do, and then went over everything after he was done. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase any services from them, but felt very good that he had sealed some areas, nail holes, etc. We will use them for roof replacement or repair and would recommend Luke and Cochran Exteriors to others.

Description of Work: He checked my roof both inside and out. Noted some things that needed to be sealed so he took some caulking to the roof and sealed it. Checked the inside the roof and noted that I had a roof beam that needed to be fixed. Overall very good. He did quote putting more insulation in but I felt I had enough and the price of the insulation was too high for me.

Description of Work: They attempted to repair my walls after water damage.... Got paint on carpet have repaired walls left a mess and didn't ever say they were done but demanded payment. They outsourced the work . They did repair what the outside contractor ruined but didn't explain the contract deal before they did the job. Wasn't a happy customer at all...

Description of Work: Inspected roof, Replaced two $25 plastic vent pipes on the roof and a few shingles. One of the vents was not installed correctly, cracked and leaked rain water. This required they come back to fix which they did at no additional cost. | |Overall I thought the cost was excessive for the work they did.
