I requested 3 quotes (Cochran, a very large & respected competitor, and a small family outfit). Terry Blake of Cochran provided the only honest quote which saved money. The competitors wanted to do unnecessary work that would not have solved the issue. Thank you Cochran. I will continue to get 3 quotes; Cochran is now my #1 roofing contractor. I own multiple properties and use roofing contractors consistently.

Although the initial experience was not as expected, they apologized, refunded my money, and said they were implementing policy changes to improve customer service. They were professional and sincere about resolving the issue.

Installers took about a day and a half to do the roof. Cleaned up around the house not only after the job was complete, but also after the first day of work. Everyone I interacted with was professional, and they make very clear what the process will entail.

Bad - still have a leak. Told it is always venting. It took over a year and now have water stains on ceiling. Will look for another company to repair and litigate the fees. Sub contract everything. You must verify and watch everything. Be prepared top spend months living with them.

It went great even with the surprise of the sheeting and cost. From initial interview with Jordan who showed me step by step the procedure through the followup and returning three weeks later to do another metal sweep for nails at my request. Zane the Quality professional and the crew were prompt, responsive, respectful made sure to cover plants, shrubs and small trees for protection and prevent damage. I was very impressed. Even my immediate neighbors commented on how professional everyone was and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with Cochrane exteriors and would highly recommend them.

Jamie the Team Lead was really responsive to all my questions. He made sure that several details got corrected. He was also really easy to get in touch with via text message. I'm SO happy with the final product. The team did a great job of taping off all windows, doors, & trim when applying paint, too. My new-ish gutters had to be uninstalled and then reinstalled as part of this process, and the team seems to have done a great job in that regard as well.

The work was done in the summer of 2017, and no leaks have ever occurred again.

It took a while to find the cause of the leak in a roof that others had missed, but Cochran did not give up until they were able to find and fix the problem that others would not.

Everything went great, people where professional.

It really went better that our neighbors experiences with other contractors. Much of the credit has to go to "Duke" (our Cochran Exterior rep). He was nearly always available for a phone call or would call or text right back. Once the roofers were done and ran a magnet over the lawn to get any stray nails, Duke came out a day later with his own roller magnet just to make sure that the crew got them all! Once completed we had a couple of items on our punch list. Duke suggested that we have a walk through with their Quality Department Team. Duke also accompanied them and addressed any last item. Great Job Duke! and the Cochran Exteriors Crew.

Cochran Exteriors is a great company to do your work after a storm or whenever you need a home upgrade or remodel. I used them last year after the April hailstorm. Duke was my project manager and he’s outstanding at customer service! Ask for him and you won’t be disappointed!

This process was great. Cochran Exteriors discovered a defect in our chimney and rebuilt it before proceeding with the roof. This had been an issue with the original builder, causing leaking and eventual deterioration of the entire chimney chase. Everyone was extremely professional and attentive. They even tried to acquire compensation from our insurance company, which was not possible.

They were professional and walked us through every detail of the inspection. Never tried to upsell us on anything either. We couldn't be happier.

These guys were wonderful They were very professional, neat and clean. They showed up on time and finished on time. They cleaned up as if they had a vacuum. Wish I had more for them to do. And the new gutters make my house look fantastic. If you can love gutters, I'm in love.

Crew arrived as scheduled and did the work in short order. We needed quick attention to this repair as we were in the process of selling the house. Although it was a small job, Cochran worked us in to their scheduling and completed the work in short order. We really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help. Work was done with no mess and crew was extremely polite and knowledgeable.

Jordan was great to work with. Originally hired Cochran Exteriors through an Angie's List special for a Roof Maintenance package, hoping to limp my roof along just a little bit more, even though I knew it needed to be replaced soon. Jordan came out for the Maintenance package, but as I had requested, he also brought out information for a roof replacement. Turns out since the Home Show as happening at the time, Cochran had a "home show special" with Owens Corning for a steep discount on a premium roof (way cheaper than even the stand shingles and materials). Jordan still did the maintenance work that day, but applied the package cost to the future roof. Because of the weather we had to wait several weeks for the main job. On the day of, the crew arrived early and was done within 5 hours! Jordan followed up several days later and quickly addresses a few minor issues left from the job. Entire process was smooth and professional. The roof looks great and I have no more leaks and am confident that my home will be protected for decades to come! I would definitely recommend!

Good, but vendor indicated they would use new material. Instead they reused material we had saved from a previous job that didn't look as nice as new.

Getting estimates for a new roof and gutters is very time consuming and expensive so you need a company with a great reputation. We contacted several roofers and Cochran was the only one that gave us real cost numbers rather than “ball park” estimates. They arrived on time and got the insullation and roof done in one day. The Gutters came a few weeks later. We are very happy with the work and love the industrial gutters and upgraded shingles, As a footnote, they waited for the insurance to settle before sending us our final bill and there were no hidden costs or extra expenses. Overall, we would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to all our neighbors.

Along with the excellent work done on my roof, I also added additional insulation in the attic and new insulation in the garage. I also had my siding replaced. In all cases the work was done professionally and in a very timely manner. I was well pleased with everything.
