We had them out two times this year in Feb/March and have paid a total of $1495 out of pocket. The first repair was done by Scott only held up for a few weeks which we paid $450 and we provided the siding that was no longer in production since we had a box in our garage left from the prior owners. Scott then recommended repairing the siding but also tightening all the siding up to the peak which he felt confident would fix the problem. We then paid approximately $1044 and they were able to use the rest of the siding we had however last Wednesday two pieces of siding blew off. As a customer I just do not feel good about none of this labor having some kind of warranty, considering we paid close to $1500 dollars and provided a box of siding that is no longer available. I was under the impression that the second attempt was going to fix our problem, if there was any concern that tightening the siding up to the peak was not going to work I would have not have paid another $1044 to have it fail 8 months later. At this point I don’t feel like it is appropriate to pay for more labor that will not be guaranteed or have a warranty. They came out to look at the pieces of siding that blew off and gave me another quote for more than $1000 but once again they are saying that the work will not have a warranty unless they replace the entire side of the house. Unfortunately they are not standing by there work and I was told “these things happen” by their employee this past Monday but said they could come out and fix this problem for another $1000. I thought that’s what I paid for the first 2 attempts, now I have the same problem for March, out $1500 and they used all the siding that I had which is no longer being manufactured. I will not recommend this to anyone.

If you call this company up ask for Patrick - he was great to work with. Always quick to respond to questions we had and he is very educated about roofing and the industry. The crew that did the work was great. They estimated it to be a 1-2 day project and it ended up taking 2 days. I was really impressed with the cleanup. I was worried about nails in the yard because we have a couple of dogs and a riding lawn mower. They have these huge magnets they roll around in the yard that pick everything up. I only found a few nails by the gutter downspouts that drained from the gutters when it rained. Hire this company if you need a new roof.

Sherry was so kind on the phone, responsive to questions, and called the day before to get some more info before coming out for the quote. They arrived on time, were incredibly friendly, and listened to my concerns while giving suggestions on what would and wouldn’t be good. We had the quote within 3 hours and I’ve already called back to schedule said service. Very impressed with them and looking forward to getting this project done.

We didn’t go through with the project since other renovations need to be done first but they were very professional and had good pricing. Would recommend them based on that.

We hired Cochran Exteriors to repair poor workmanship done by a different contractor. What a world of difference! They were organized, prompt and communicated with us every step of the way. The crew was meticulous and paid attention to detail. It would have saved us a huge headache to have hired them from the start. Now, we know who we will call in the future for any siding or roofing!

Heath came out to give me an estimate for a roof, gutters, and siding. I have not yet decided if I will have Cochran perform the work, but the process so far has been wonderful. Heath came out and explained everything that would happen when my roof would be replaced and the issues that he saw with my roof. So far, I have been very pleased with the process. I will update the review if I decide to have the work done that I received an estimate for.

It went well. Their service rep came out very promptly and gave me an idea and estimate to help fix a gutter overflow. I accepted his offer, and he came out the same day to do the work. His idea has helped the problem. H also gave me a roofing estimate for later consideration.

I had melted a small section of my siding and needed it repaired. Jake came out to give me an estimate. First impressions really do matter even in the construction business. I was happy with his professionalism and the way he explaind what he would be doing. We set up the repair date. He was on time, cleaned up aftethimself, was conscious and friendly. I would highly recommend Cochrane exteriors. The job was small, i had to have about 5 section of siding that needed replaced. But the price was reasonable to me, they have a minimum charge.

I've replaced have replaced my furnace and water heater with high efficiency ones that vent out the side of the house. I no longer needed the metal flue that vented through the roof. They removed the metal flue, plugged the hole, re shingled the area, and installed a new ridge vent. Everything was quality work. Two guys were here for around 3 hours. From the time I contacted them until the time the work was complete was about 3 weeks. They have a separate dept. that just does smaller jobs like this. I contacted some other companies and they never even returned my messages. Below before and after pictures.

Hard to say. No one will come out to finish the quote. I’ve called twice. Must be too busy or a job too small, but it’d be nice if someone followed up and said that.

Chochran’ crew was extremely thorough. They have excellent quality control. They did the entire job in a day and a half, staying into dusk the first day. The weather was very chilly, but they soldered on. I can’t say enough good things about Blaine. He first caught the problem of a broken rafter that everyone else missed. His explanations of the process were though and understandable. Best of all he visited the job site throughout the work making sure it was done right. Though the price was higher than we expected, we believe it was worth it for the quality.

We had leak on the ceiling of the kitchen. I hired Cochran Exteriors to fix it. Wes came and saw the area and mentioned that we don't have step flashing that's why water going in and leaking through the kitchen ceiling. I asked about other areas and he told it's not leaking now but will leak in future and over sold me for $2,120.00 I asked him about a window just above the kitchen and he categorically told that's not the issue. They came after couple of weeks and fixed all areas and on the same day told that he underestimated the length and need $270 more to complete the work. They were already half way through the work so I didn't had any option but to pay a total of $2,390.00 He told me that someone will come and fix the interiors but never responded after follow up so I hired a separate contractor to fix and paint all the interiors that was impacted by leaking. I paid about $1100.00 for it. The rain started after few months and the same place leaked again… after couple of follow up Cochran sent another person to look at it. He told that the issue is with the window above the kitchen. We need to fix the sidings and we can get a handyman with about $200 and he should be able to fix it. I asked him then why didn't you guys do that in the first instance and in fact I raised that issue when Wes came. He told Wes has left the company. And on top of that he told there is issue with the chimney and it might leak… I told last time Wes took $500 for the chimney and he should have fixed all. But he told that he will spray some stuff and that will prevent leaking. Some months it didn't and again it started leaking. I contacted them over email. I contacted through the feedback survey but no response from them… This is simply fraud. IF something cane be fixed within $200 why they charged $2,390 and on top of that the chimney which they charged should have been fixed but not…They should come and fix all or pay back my money. I saw their good reviews and hired them and completely trusted them that they will do a good job but looks like they just took the money for nothing.

We had the roof replaced in August. The roofing team text me the night before and arrived on time. They completed the work in one day. They did a great job cleaning up, and took care not to damage the bushes or flowers when removing the shingles. The roof looks great and we are super happy with the results. We also had a patch of siding reattached and we had a canopy in the way. They told us to contact them when we take it down for the winter and they would come fix it then. I contacted them and they responded and scheduled a time to come out and fix it. The roof was installed in August and we just got the invoice in November for the services. I am assuming it took so long since they went back and forth between our insurance. Ultimately we paid what we had agreed to pay and we are happy about that. Nathan was the contact person for this job and he stayed in contact the whole time and was very polite and professional. Overall we are happy with the results and would recommend this company to people looking for a roof replacement.

Great. This is the fourth time I have used Cochran Exteriors (siding, gutter guards, shutters, and gutter repair). Each time the workmen were knowledgeable and courteous and performed quality work.

Everything was great! Very straightforward and great at communicating. All the work was done while I was out but received a couple updates throughout. Very fast and clean job.

Duke came to our home and inspected our roof. He offered top-notch honest advice. He is a man of integrity. Extremely professional, very flexible and excellent workmanship. We absolutely recommend him to everyone and will definitely work with Duke again.

We believe the ethics of this company are very much in question. They filed the claims with the insurance company and wanted the checks as soon as we received them, in one case they demanded personal payment from us before we even received the insurance check. However they don't do the work until the insurance company calls them because the contract is close to expiring. I'm talking nearly 12 months.

Todd Short inspected our roof, took pictures & a video, gave us an estimate for our wind & hail damage. He even came and met with insurance adjuster. Answered every question, call or text promptly. He kept in constant contact about scheduling, dropping materials & trailer. He arrived before crew day of roof replacement to explain procedure & check materials that were delivered. Stopped in multiple times during job to check progress & see if we had any questions or concerns. 1 day job, LONG, hot day. Came next day to inspect job & look for any stray nails in yard. OUTSTANDING job from start to finish. Our pleasure to work with Todd & recommend to anyone!!!
