Poor communication. I never received a quote by email or phone after they came out to look at the job. They knew it was not a small job, so I wondered why they did not want to take it on. I can not speak for the quality of work they do. It could be the best in the city for all I know. I just can't stand when bigger companies don't feel the need to get back with you or drop the ball on follow up.

This company did a wonderful job on my repairs and was also very professional.

I contacted company and they sent an employee out to take a look. It took 2 weeks for a call back of which they set up an appointment. They never showed up for the appointment or called. I had to contact them of which they claimed they could not work on our type of house because of our stucco. I'm assuming our job was too much work, but a phone call would have been appreciated.

It was fine. I think I've developed another leak, but that was a few years ago.

Tom Harmon did an excellent job repairing the rain water leak, he showed me a short video of the area in question before and after the repair. Great Job.

We had a good experience with them. We did not use them but we had a good experience with them. They gave us a price and time. The estimate worked out very well. We decided not to go with company because of insurance reasons.

Very well. The service technician was extremely personable and thorough. Although they were not able to perform the work, they explained why and were very easy to work with.

I had a small leak around my chimney area that was leaking inside my home. They came out and stated that they had fixed the leak. I did start noticing around the first of the year (2017) that my ceiling was showing signs of the leak again in the same area as before.

Dave Wells was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and attentive.

It was through insurance because of hail damage but if i had to pay it i wouldn't have. It was very pricey. They did it in one day. They were very punctual. They could have done a couple things a little better, but pretty good. They damaged one of my down spouts but it was ok. It doesnt leak and looks good. They cleaned up pretty darn well.

They were nice, but said that the job was too small for them and that they would have one of their subcontractors come out for an estimate. No one followed up.

I did not use Cochran because of the insurance company. The guy that came out was wonderful and totally professional. His name is Louis Valle and he could not have been more concise and exact in measuring, helpful suggestions and what would be done to complete the job as soon as possible. I really would have hired him had it not been for the insurance company. I did not get a price.

I ordered the deal on 10/16/14 thru Angie's List because of a water spot we saw on our bedroom ceiling. I was contacted the same day to schedule the appointment. He was flexible and scheduled on what was convenient for us. When Neil at Cochran Exteriors came out he went over our ENTIRE roof, not just the area where we saw water. He told us it was just some caulking that had worn away from the nails, which is where water was entering. He re-caulked all the exposed areas across the entire ceiling, which we weren't expecting. He verbally went over everything he saw on our roof, didn't try to sell us anything, tell us areas should be replaced, etc. Said our roof was in good shape and we didn't have anything to worry about right now.

Ask for Jared! He was extremely diligent in working with us and our insurance company and provided us with an exceptional and professional job. We have recommended Jared to other family members and neighbors who are currently working with him to resolve their home exterior needs.

I was really stressed about having it done as I am elderly and don't trust people. Dave Wells was referred to you by a friend , and once he took over I. Was in good hands. He took care of everything for me. The workers were polite and worked their tales off till nine o'clock that night to finish up. They cleaned up real good too. I would recommend Dave and Cochran Exteriors to anyone needing work done.

They are quite close to what the insurance guy quoted us. They are willing to give us a lot of the things included in the price. They did a good job with the quote. Both companies quoted the same price.
