I initially called them out to do roof repair. I actually had enough blown up shingles to warrant an insurance claim. They walked me through the process which would have been very hard without them. Thanks Sharon.

Cochran completed two roof tear-off & replacements for me on my rental properties...one paid by my insurance company and one that I paid for (not covered). They assisted me in obtaining additional compensation for damage to my vinyl siding that I hadn't even noticed, and went to bat for me with the insurance company when they tried to make me settle for a repair that wouldn't have matched my original siding. Oh, and they also replaced the gutters. Project manager Matt G. did a nice job keeping us in the loop on the project schedule and all other issues. We were happy with the results on both projects!

The estimates got off to a rough start with our first contact at Cochrane. As soon as We got passed along to Jamie Miller, however, things started moving. Jamie was quick to respond and work with our insurance company, where other companies were unwilling to do so. We are pleased with how the project turned out.

They left a ring of nails in the lawn. They left several baggies of roofing nails with the blue reinforcements all around the house in the lawn which I told the salesman about several times. His response "They forgot to roll the lawn" but no one ever returned to do it. I subsequently had a leak by the roof vent and tried to get the salesman to act upon. He left their employment (which I did not know at the time.) I had it repaired by another company who showed the new roof was not installed properly around the chimney vent. I finally reported it directly to the company who called and said they'd get back to me. It's been yet another 8 weeks with no response. I learned from neighbors they had similar issues.

Quality of the work was excellent. My only complaint was that the estimate was made in June and the work wasn’t completed until late October. When I called the office to inquire when we were scheduled, no one could give me any idea. Finally someone called to say I was scheduled. Otherwise, work was well done.

He was extremely responsive and very accommodating with scheduling around our work schedules. He was very helpful and informative. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and outgoing. We have already recommended him to several family members.

Scott was very polite in meeting with me, going over the information and writing the contract. Then while the roofs of my neighbors were being replaced, my home didn't get addressed for at least 30 days after payment was received and others had been done. That bothered me but I was fine with it. After the job was supposedly completed, they wanted payment (contacted via email). I let them know the gutters hadn't been painted, the window screens hadn't been replaced and the compressor hadn't been combed per the contract. They still wanted payment, said they would give me a small credit which was well below what I had to pay to get the additional work done. I paid the balance leaving the the amount it would cost me to get the work done they didn't complete and I communicated my reasoning for the difference. Their response? A call from a collection agency a month later! And to top it off, I was a repeat customer! How to you like that customer service??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM and I won't be using or recommending them to anyone else I know. I'm paying my ransom - hope the cost was worth it!

Cochran Exteriors is hands down the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with and after my experience with them I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE. Signing into a contract with this company ended up being a complete nightmare and because my review is too long I have made it available here: [*** Link removed ***] It is a long winded but accurate depiction of the incompetence I continually had to deal with during my 6 month encounter with them. Keep in mind that I only contracted this company to handle my roof replacement, window screen replacement and a single dryer vent replacement. It is obvious this company is willing to sacrifice customer service and quality work for quantity and profit. Please note that many of the people I dealt with in this company were either managers or owners so that shows what type of leadership you would be dealing with. I hope my review gives you a little insight into the nightmare you too may face if you choose to contract with this company.

The inspection and routine maintenance performed was excellent. When he found out that we had a leak he examined the roof from underneath (in the attic) and found the problem we had been searching for months.

I took advantage of the $79 offer on Angie's list. Unfortunately, my roof didn't qualify. I received their estimate--which took sometime to receive. by the time I received the estimate, I was able to get the work completed for $200 less.

Most excellent!!! Cochran worked with our insurer due to recent storm damage and helped us replace and repair damage to our home. Needless to say, their professionalism, attention to detail/quality and customer service is deserving of their accolades and achievements in their outstanding reviews. Cochran Exteriors is my 'go-to' home repair professional now and in the future. We are extremely pleased with the leadership of Mr. Jordan Turner; our point person as he is extremely knowledgeable with home construction, attention to detail/quality, customer service and satisfaction. He goes above and beyond to ensure timely construction and quality as evidenced by him personally renting a truck to deliver OSB boards for our siding replacement (that the original builder failed to install in new construction). This type of service warrants recognition and appreciation for job well done!!!

Cochran did a great job in replacing our roof. Jamie Miller was our associate and he is very professional and helped us complete all the work in a nice manner. Will definitely use them in future if needed!

I was extremely pleased with the service!! The workers were very polite and professional, and were very quick. I noticed the insulation differences from before they repaired my roof immediately. My heat and energy bills reduced noticeably! They also repaired my siding as well. I have vynal siding that grows a green algae/mold, in addition the siding was starting to warp, break, and crack. I had Cochran Exteriors replace that for me as well and it looks fantastic, better than the original siding put on the house.

A gentleman named Ralph Thielking came and looked over my roof, told me about a few minor issues, and made some recommendations. He was very professional and did not give me any hard sell speeches. I would definitely consider contacting this company if and when my roof needs serious repair or replacement.

Duke A. is the specialist that showed up on time and inspected my whole roof and did the repair. He did a great job, showed up on time and was very pleasant.
