Description of Work: CMH Builders finished a 750 sq. ft. area in our basement (family room and theater room with a mini bar, also partial bathroom). They were very professional, punctual, and delivered on their commitments. They showed us a 3D model of what our basement would look like and that really helped us make decisions about placement of walls, arches, etc. Even helped us with the selection of our paint color because we could see different paint options on the model and compare. Also, we had several changes after the contract was signed and they made the changes happily with no objections and no extra charges. My husband did some work in the other parts of the basement and they did a great job working with what he already had and also allowing him to add some HDMI cables and speaker wire during framing and before drywall. CMH matched our finishing touches (baseboard, doors, trim, arches) from the first floor of the house and finished the basement using the same materials so that it looks like our basement was finished by the builder at the time the house was built. Completed the job within the estimated time and was flexible when we needed certain things to take place on certain days so that we could perform some activities ourselves (such as lay tile in bathroom before CMH installed the toilette). We had a couple of small issues after the work was completed and we had paid the contract amount in full. The owner immediately sent someone over and all issues were corrected within a day. Overall, great experience, the owner is very professional and cares about building a quality product which satisfies all of the owner's needs and wishes.

Description of Work: Water damage repair/restoration.

Description of Work: Mr. [Name Removed] came out to the house, examined the proposed project, took measurements and said that he would get a quote to me by Friday or Monday. Instead, I received a Decline to Bid saying “Due to the high volume of large projects we have from Angie’s List, we at CMH Builders will not be able to bid on your project.”. I don't understand why he even bothered to come out to see the project if he is so busy. It wasted his time and mine as well as delaying my project.

Description of Work: Finished bathroom in basement. We're pleasant to deal with. They were more than willing to accommodate our need to expedite the project. Highly recommended. Everybody was friendly to deal with.

Description of Work: CMH did a wonderful job with my deck. They were on time and in contact with me at all times in regards to the job, as the rain pushed my start date back and they made sure I was informed at all times. They have a crew that is professional and courteous at all times. Thanks Guys I will be using you in the future!!

Description of Work: My cedar railing on my deck was always in need of re-staining. I met Jared Kennard at the Home Show @ Lucas Oil Stadium earlier this yr. & told him my problem with the railing peeling every several months. He recommended replacing the cedar with Trex. He installed it in April & did an excellent job. It looks like I will never have to stain the railing ever again. Jared also looked into a better stain which can be used on the remaining parts of my deck which will match the color of the Trex railing exactly.
