Description of Work: They repaired my Dyson vacuum cleaner. I was told in advance what the cost might be, and the final cost was no higher than the estimate. When I picked the vacuum up, I called ahead and asked if they could bring the vacuum out to my car. I had my grandson in the car and did not want to take him from his car seat. They did this cheerfully. I found them to be polite and professional.

Description of Work: They fixed my central vacuum system - They are the nicest people. They called to let me know that they were running late. They waited in the driveway because of my dogs and I appreciated that so much. Took care of my problem right away and the price was very good.

Description of Work: As a fellow Angie's List Super Serivce Award winner and previous customer, I knew that Cleary Vacuum's would do a great job but yesterday even my high expectations were exceeded. I walked into the store (without calling or an appointment) with my Riccar vacuum cleaner. The vacuum was not picking up when rolled across the carpet (but would pick up using the handheld extension). Although we had tried to "clear" any blockage - we had been unsuccessful. He immediately took my vacuum, put it up on the counter, assessed that it was blocked, took apart the underside of the machine, cleared the blockage and had it working again in something like 3-4 mimutes! I thanked him and asked how much I owed him - he said "nothing"! I responded that I needed him to be around when something was really wrong with my vacuum and he would never stay in business if he didn't charge for his expertise. He just smiled and asked if I needed any vacuum bags. In fact, I did need some bags - so I spent $20 purchasing vacuum bags and still paid nothing for him clearing the blockage in my vacuum. I have been to the store several times and will continue to go back. One day - I will even purchase a new vacuum from Cleary Vacuum! Customer service at it's best!

Description of Work: I took my Dyson vacuum cleaner in to be fixed because it had suddenly stopped working. Within five minutes he had it working again at no cost. Thank you. I will definitely come back when it needs servicing again.

Description of Work: We took our Bistol Rug Cleaner twice. They kept it two different times. One time they did not call us to tell us that it had come back from the man that was fixing it. I had to call them to find out that it was back from their services. They are still unable to fix it.

Description of Work: Replaced a part while I waited - about 4-5 minutes. Had received a quote (after waiting two weeks) from another company for $160.00 to replace the same part. That just seemed wrong to me, so I picked up my vacuum cleaner and took it to Cleary. I'll never go back to the other place and Cleary now has a loyal customer!

Description of Work: Dyson animal clutch making loud noise. Took in vacuum and I was called two days later with a repaired vacuum. Mr Cleary insisted on carrying it out to my car (heavy vacuum) and was a perfect gentlemen. The vacuum was only a week old and still under warranty so there was no charge to me.

Description of Work: Clearly cleaned and repaired my vacuum after it was very ably dismembered by my paralegals squadron of offspring. Not only were the repairs completed within a couple of days, but I was called and offered a choice (for a non-moving but vital part) of a new part or used part (which cost significantly less). It was explained that the used one would not affect the operation of the sweeper. I opted for that one and the vacuum runs as well as if new. The service was efficient, friendly, fast and reasonably priced. After this experience, I will certainly return here to purchase my next vacuum as well as for any future repairs. Highly recommended!

THE WORK WAS DONE PERFECTLY -- WORKMEN ARRIVED ON TIME, LEFT NO MESS, GOOD COMMUNICATION ABOUT OPTIONS FOR PLACEMENT OF OUTLETS, AND THEY ACTUALLY CAME IN BELOW THEIR QUOTED ESTIMATE! WHILE INSTALLING THE CENTRAL VAC, THEY ALSO REPAIRED MY OLD VACUUM AT NO CHARGE.
