Cleaning by Kris

Kris has proven herself to be completely trustworthy so that I feel free to be gone knowing she will do her usual good job. It is a pleasure to have her here every other Monday! She rates all A++!

Over the past 20 years I have had my share of house cleaners, both cleaning service companies and self-employed providers. Most all of them did an adequate job. However, although I found the service companies reliable, I found their rates high for my modest sized condo. So for the last 10 years or so I have gone the self-employed provider route. There I found other issues coming into play, most having to do with reliability (far too many reschedules, and even no shows). Last year I found Kris on Angie?s List and the reviews seemed promising. I contacted her and arranged for a sit down. She patiently listened to my story and assured me that if she were to provide house cleaning services for me, I would not encounter such problems. And that has been the case. As a business woman and house cleaner, Kris is effective, efficient, competent, knowledgeable, and professional. Her rates are remarkably competitive. The one problem you may have is getting her to take you on as a client. She has built her business up and has a strong and loyal customer base (of which I?m one). Tom Courtney

Kris is excellent. She is responsive to our cleaning requirements and is an excellent communicator. She is good with our dogs, and very reliable.

Kris has been coming to my home for some years now. I am picky about who I have in my home and how things are done. I like it that Kris keeps me on the same day and the same time slot. I also like that I can and do trust her to come into my house even if I am not there. I know that my house and animals are safe when she is there, and that she will secure the locks when she leaves. I like that Kris is not afraid of technology, thus the computers in the house do not scare her to clean around. I really enjoy that I can be in my office working while she is here and not feel like she is invading my home. She is quiet, and is a real professional.

Kris is a wonderful person and a great house cleaning service! We have been so pleased with her for over 5 years now. She is completely trustworthy and she's the only person you'll have in your house, no one else rotates thru which we love! She's willing to go the extra mile and genuinely cares about our family. She's been with us thru three babies and two 12 week maternity leaves and has always come thru for us and I don't think ever missed a single time cleaning! You can't go wrong here....

Kris has been a trusted person in our lives for three years. We first hired her to clean the whole house a major surgery, and we decided to keep her coming every month to clean the heavy traffic areas of our home. She is in business for herself and does all the cleaning herself. She is always prompt and does excellent work. The only reason we are discontinuing service is that we are moving out of state; otherwise, we would have continued with her indefinitely. You can hire her without reservation!

Kris was dependable and the house always looked great. I could trust her totally.

Kris is prompt, courteous and reliable. The best part for me is that Kris does all the cleaning herself. There are no worries about who will be in your home. This is especially important for me because I had an issue with theft with a former provider. Kris is good about communicating any issues or concerns and responding to my communications promptly as well. I would recommend Kris for all your cleaning needs.

Kris came for a quote and was professional. She took notes of my concerns and problem spaces. She offered a reasonable price and had excellent recommendations. We have used her since October 2013 and are quite pleased. She is flexible as needed and does a really nice job. She seems to care genuinely about her clients and making sure that they are happy and have their needs met. I would highly recommend her.

Kris is very dependable and trustworthy. She is always on time and is very efficient. She does a good job cleaning and will concentrate on specific areas week-to-week if needed. She always communicates in advance when she is coming and if something needs to be changed for some reason (i.e. blizzard, holiday, etc.) I feel very lucky to have her come to my home every 2 weeks!

Kris has come out several times now and I am pleased with how things are going. She is fast, efficient, and gives me space to work in the house as she cleans. She is respectful and very easy to communicate with. I like that she does not chat alot as she works. She is very easy to have in my home, and she is respectful of our privacy and personal lives. She is very calm and quiet, yet very professional as a house cleaner. I find the services to be very good. She has a great vacuum she uses, and she has made helpful suggestions on how to address some mold/mildew issues in the house in a bathroom. I am pleased with her services and she is good at knowing how to keep the cats in the house, as well as okay with the dog as necessary.

Kris is extremely professional and reliable. She is always quick to respond and does not hesitate to reach out to me if she has a question on the scope of work to be performed or if she has a concern about something. She is very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend her!

The rate is a little less because I have two guest rooms that are always closed off and do not normally need to be cleaned. I hired Kris a month ago to help out with cleaning because I had guests coming. Because she is so professional and her pricing is very affordable, I decided to hire her monthly after she told me she has a Friday opening right after she cleans another house in the neighborhood. This is the first time I've ever hired regular scheduled cleanings. It's actually very nice because her service is on a Friday and my house is spic and span for the weekend without me having to lift a finger! I love it and all I have to do is leave a very affordable check on the table for Kris. I'm so glad I hired her and gave myself more free time to do what I want to do.

This was not a Big Deal price, this was Kris' regular rate. She did just as good a job a people I prepaid via an Angie's List Big Deal just to clean the downstairs. If you are a clean person, not cluttered, or a hoarder, she is a bargain and thorough. I intend to schedule Kris on an ongoing monthly basis based on her professionalism and price. In the last year I've hired four different services through the Angie's List Big Deal. All of them were good. Some were more expensive on the Big Deal price through Angie's List than Kris' regular rate. Overall, I think she offers the best mix between service and quality and price. I got the impression she has room for a couple more clients like me who are busy professionals with a clutter free home.

When I first contacted Kris, when had no time available so I requested that she place my name on a waiting list. A few weeks later she recontacted me and had an availability of a two hour time slot every other week. She had also sent me a copy of services that she would perform and let me know that she furnishes all cleaning supplies. When she arrived I walked her through the house and explained that there is no way that my house can be thoroughly cleaned in 2 hours so we agreed on prioritizing her work area and it now changes from one visit to another while I wait for more time to become available during my bi-weekly visits. We found her to be all business, she works steadily and amazes us on what she is able to accomplish in her 2 hour time frame. My husband calls her "Speedy" as she passes through our house with a high powered vacuum strapped to her back. She aims to please and that she does. I would recommend her to everyone even if you must wait for services as I had to do. We found her to be honest and trustworthy and although we are home most of the time, I would not hesitate to give her access to my home when gone.

Kris came to the property and evaluated the work required ahead of time and scheduled with us at that visit. She exceed our expectations and performed everything requested. She priced the work ahead of time, so there were no surprises.

We initially hired Kris to do a full housecleaning job that was gifted to us after a surgery this summer. I was looking for someone who worked independently who could do as much of our house as possible for approximately $100. Kris returned my phone call quickly, was professional in her communication, and we scheduled an appointment for her next available timeslot. We liked her work well enough to hire her to come monthly to our home and clean - not the whole house - but several rooms each time. She is always prompt and professional, and takes her job seriously. There was one week that she called to let me know she would probably be a few hours later than she had planned - even though she knew I was going to be at work all day and never would have known.

She cleans part of my home every other week. She's punctual.

Kris returned my phone call promptly and gave complete information on the phone and answered all my questions. She gave me an estimate before she came out and explained what sorts of things might increase that estimate once she saw my house (e.g. pets, kids, etc.). I liked that she provided information in writing on her services and was very pleased with the job she did in cleaning my house. She's an excellent communicator - very clear about what's in scope and what's not (e.g. wiping down baseboards would be available but would be extra), very proactive about asking if there are areas that need extra care. I liked that she took me through the house afterward to make sure I was satisfied. She was energetic and efficient and very personable and I definitely hope to schedule her on an ongoing basis.

She is very professional. She is punctual and she does her job in the time allotted. I can always count on her to be here.

Kris cleaned my two story home including 2 1/2 baths and really scrubbed the kitchen. she goes over every part of the house with you first to know what you're looking for. I have never used a cleaning service before, so I was nervous, but Kris is so professional and so thorough that I'd call her again in a heartbeat

Kris is efficient, professional, responsive and responsible. She is willing to take on extra tasks for a small fee when negotiated. Her business end of the business is organized and clear. We don't see her as she's there and gone during our work day but I trust her in our home unsupervised and have since day one. I recommend her services.

She was ok. I wouldn't use her again. She helped me out when I was in a bind and couldn't get my normal cleaning lady. I had to point out a couple of things to her. I didn't think she was very thorough.

I was satisfied with the work. She is very professional and very dependable. She does a great job and I would recommend her to anybody.

I have used her just once, and her work was good. She was punctual, very nice and set very clear expectations. She made sure that it was very clear what she was and wasn?t going to do. I would use her in the future if necessary.
