+ -1 moreWe got several estimates for the job and ended up going with someone else. It was a difficult decision. Kris did give us the lowest estimate and her price was very reasonable. We certainly would have trusted her to do the job, but had several really good choices and chose to use another company that specialized in this type of post-construction deep cleaning.
Description of Work: We received an estimate from Kris for a deep cleaning of our new home prior to moving in. She was very prompt and courteous in getting back with me and even came out to the house for a better look before giving me a firm price. She offered to complete the job on very short notice as well.

+ -1 moreOur previous housekeeper sold her business to someone who did a good job cleaning but, after a few months, began not showing up without explanation. When she didn't show up or call for two weeks in a row, we turned to Angie's List. We called Kris after reading many reports and she scheduled an appt. with us early in the morning before we left for work. She looked at our home, we reviewed our mutual expectations and needs and she provided us with a very reasonable price for her services. I asked for references which she provided the following day by email and they were very favorable; she has cleaned for her other clients at least 8-10 years. Kris quickly reworked her schedule to accomodate us since our house hadn't been cleaned in several weeks. It was a pleasure to come home that evening and find our home so clean, and we now look forward to the day each week that Kris comes to our house.
Description of Work: Kris has been doing general housecleaning in our home on a weekly basis for the past month. She does an excellent job, uses non-toxic products and pays great attention to our personal preferences and special needs. She is extremely professional and pleasant and, importantly to us, very dependable and easy to communicate with both by phone, email and in person. She is very accomodating in scheduling. We feel fortunate to have found Cleaning by Kris and, based on the month we have employed her, would recommend her work highly.

+ -1 moreKris has cleaned our home every other week for approximately 8 years. She is extremely dependable, punctual, honest and a good cleaner. She is very professional and pleasanat to have around the house. She is flexible and willing to change days if we are having company or travelling. We have enjoyed knowing her and having her in our home. She is totally trustworthy.
Description of Work: Cleaned house--vacuumed, dusted, cleaned bathrooms and kitchen, swept porch, changed linens, etc. On other occasions she has cleaned the garage and washed woodwork. She is willing to do extra things if we ask her.

Description of Work: Kris Fifer has cleaned my house for over 10 years. She cleans our living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. She dusts, cleans 2 bathrooms, cleans the kitchen, washes the kitchen floor, changes the sheets. She comes every 2 weeks. I particularly appreciate that she uses environmentally friendly products.

Cleaning by Kris offers the following services: I provide dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, polishing and mopping for residential properties. I have worked in apartment, condos and single family detached homes. If there are issues special to your home I'm more than happy to discuss them and include them. I bring all supplies but if there is a special product you prefer that's ok with me. My bread and butter work is regular maintenance cleans but I will do one-time type as I can fit them in.
