they were awesome the gentleman that showed up was knowledgeable and kind . did a great job answered all my questions was polite and was not pushy in any way. i am having some work done when it can be scheduled and when that is done i will give another review. i look forward to the work . if the work is anywhere near the quality of their employee i will be extremely happy and will use them again

It went very good. They were professional and did an excellent job. Chimney in basement looks like new and the flue liner should prevent further damage.

Clean Sweep 317 did an outstanding job on my fireplace. Every employee that I came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Communication between the project manager and myself was very easy. I always knew when his arrival time would be and the plan for the day. The work I had done was excellent, completed in a reasonable timeframe and price. I will use clean sweep 317 for future maintenance needs and chimney sweeps. I also highly recommend this company for anyone in need of a chimney sweep or repair work.

They were always prompt and professional, very communicative throughout, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Trucks were branded and everyone wore uniform tee shirts, which I find reassuring when you have a lot of strangers working on your house over several days! I am not an expert on chimneys, but their work certainly looks good. It's hard to compare pricing on these sorts of things but I thought their pricing was fair. I plan to have them back to clean the fireplaces before fall.

I have positive experience with them. They do interior and exterior repair on chimneys. They are a bunch of young guys who are super fun to have around. They are very clean. I was pleased with their work. They're coming back to do the outside where we have some falling brick.

I sent a message through their website one evening and got a response early the next day from Noah. Noah gave me an estimate and let me know they could be out the next day. Noah was very courteous over the phone. The next day Sam and Noah both came out and inspected our wood burning fireplace, which did not need to be cleaned. Sam advised he go ahead with the cleaning or he could just do the inspection, if we wanted it. I decided to just go with the inspection. Sam did a thorough inspection inside the firebox, flue, etc and then proceeded to go outside and up on the roof for further exterior inspection. Sam is very knowledgeable and courteous. There were a few issues that need to eventually be addressed and I will definitely be giving them a call back.

Excellent workmanship. Hardworking. Rain slowed them down but outstanding job when finished (6days).
