He worked until all the spots were removed even coming back for a second time to use another type of spot cleaner to get 3 difficult spots cleaned. He is best carpet cleaner I have used in 40 years as a professional interior designer. Have recommended him to friends family and clients.

SHE CHARGES $20/HOUR, AND WE HAVE HER ON A RECURRING BASIS. I AM COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY SATISFIED. SHE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AND SHOWED ATTENTION TO DETAIL. SHE WAS PROMPT, AND I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER SITUATION.

I PICKED HER BECAUSE SHE WAS CLOSE TO WHERE WE LIVE. SHE WAS TO WORK FOR FIVE HOURS... MOSTLY VACUUMING A GREAT ROOM AND DUSTING OF TWO ITEMS. SHE STARTED TO VACUUM AND THEN GOT A CALL FROM ANOTHER WORKER WHO NEEDED SOME SUPPLIES. SHE LEFT AND NEVER CAME BACK TO FINISH.

I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 6 YEARS AND CAN SUPPLY MANY LETTERS OF CURRENT AND PASSED CUSTOMERS, I STRIVE TO BE NUMBER ONE IN OFFERING THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ENTERED INTO THIS JOB WITH A OVER THE TELEPHONE BID, AND SHOWED UP TO WORK ON TIME AND READY TO WORK. AFTER ENTERING THIS CUSTOMERS HOME I REALIZED HAD I SEEN THE HOUSE FIRST I WOULD NOT HAVE TAKING THIS JOB, DUE TO CONCERNS FOR MY HEALTH. I WAS IN THIS CUSTOMERS HOME TEN MINUTES AND FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS I LEFT. THERE WAS NO PAYMENT GIVEN TO ME AND NO SERVICE RENDERED. I WENT AND PURCHASED A THANK YOU CARD WITH A MESSAGE SAYING I WAS SORRY BUT, UNDER THOSE CONDITIONS I COULD NOT CLEAN THIS HOUSE. I TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN MY COMPANY AND MY CUSTOMERS.
