Response from Clean Slate LLC
We are somewhat taken aback by this negative review. Service was discontinued at the end of 2013 based on a mutual decision that took into consideration our circumstances as an expanding business, as well as,the client's personal preferences. We take full accountability that in 2013, due to circumstances, we experienced a period of transition that did most likely effect the client. We did at one point, during this time, unintentionally neglect putting the client on the schedule. Upon realization, we apologized regarding the oversight. We communicated how the transition might effect the client as far as time of arrival,as well as, the possibility of new employees being trained. We were unaware, until this review, however, that the client was so dissatisfied. We routinely encouraged feedback from the client, especially considering the transition we were undergoing. As a company, we prioritize communication and try to encourage our clientele to provide us feedback that is open and honest so that we have the opportunity to rectify any problems or dissatisfaction. When the client did raise issues of concern, we rectified them as soon as possible. The client communicated a preference regarding a general window of time for our arrival in the late morning due to her work schedule. If the client had an expectation for a precise time of arrival, it was never made clear to us. Again, as far as we were aware, that was never an issue. The client was charged a rate of $30 an hour. Time spent would vary depending on the number of individuals cleaning, but always averaged a total of 3 hours. When we raised our rate to $35 an hour, we did not increase her rate as a 'loyal customer courtesy' to her. in November of 2013, we presented the client with an arrangement of offering her an opportunity that we believed would suit her needs, preferences and lifestyle, as stated earlier. The service was discontinued under agreeable, amicable terms to the best of our knowledge. We are sorry to learn of the client's dissatisfaction. We wish the client the best. God bless.
