I had living room and dining room draperies cleaned on Oct 19, 2011. I picked them up and hung them on Oct. 29, 2011. I was pleased with everything but the bottom left corner of one of the dining room panels. It had been turned and pressed crooked due to the fact that the drapery was made incorrectly in the first place. I returned this panel to Classic Cleaners on Nov. 2, 2011, to have the bottom left corner repressed. I went to pick it up today, Nov. 9, 2011. While in the store, I noticed that the large safety pin, placed by the store manager on Nov. 2, was still on the bottom left corner and nothing had been done to that corner. I pointed it out to the girl working there. She agreed that nothing had been done to the bottom left corner. She said she had the whole drapery panel repressed. I only wanted the bottom left corner repressed. I told her that I would take the panel home to see if I could fix it myself, and I said, if I couldn't, I would bring it back. I took it home and looked at the whole drapery panel finding that they had repressed the entire panel leaving two creases in some of the pleats and making big creases at other places where they didn't belong. I immediately took the panel back to the store and pointed these issues out to the girl at the desk. I told her I did not want to leave it there because I was afraid they would do something else to it. Now I have to try to press and fix it myself. I am not happy.

Really not well and it is still unresolved. I immediately reported the missing article and they asked for a few days to look for it. When I called them the following Monday they still hadn't found it. I spoke to a different employee on the 2nd call and asked that the salesperson (a woman) who had helped me give me a call. She didn't. Time and again, on 3 separate occasions, they asked that I give them time to search their stores and plant. Each time I had to follow-up, no one bothered to call. I even brought the camisole back in and left it with the saleswoman as a clue. On the last visit she suggested I file a claim. Though I cannot replace the top, they are telling me that the depreciation value (or what they will pay me for the lost article) is only about 10% of its replacement cost. They lost it and now I'm being penalized for their error. I am just sick about this and feel this won't be resolved to my satisfaction. I can't say anything positive about them in this report
Description of Work: I dropped off a large quantity of dry cleaning, including a hand-crocheted silk top with attached camisole. When I picked up my order, the camisole was included, but not the top. I couldn't understand how the two were separated when they had been sewn together! I immediately filed a complaint.

THREE SEPARATE TIMES IN APPROX. SIX WEEKS MY DRY CLEANING WAS NOT READY ON THE APPOINTED DAY. THEY HAVE NO REASON, NO APOLOGY AND OFFERED NO DISCOUNT OR COMPENSATION FOR MY TROUBLE AND WASTED TRIP. IN FACT, THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE WORKER ALWAYS REPEAT (AND REPEATS)
