CLASSIC CLEANERS

I dropped off the mattress topper on Saturday April 27th. I was instructed it would be done on or around Wednesday May 2. No problem with this at all. I didn't receive any notice via email like I was told I would that the work was completed. On Thursday May 3rd I received a VM stating they no longer clean feather mattress toppers. It doesn't take five days to find that out. This is horrible customer service. This was the first and definitely the last time I will use them. 5/29/13 ****UPDATE**** About two weeks ago I received a call from the district manager who was very apologetic over the matter. She was extremely professional about it all and explained exactly what happened. The district manager offered to clean the mattress topper free of charge to allow them to make up for the whole issue. I picked up the mattress topper today after receiving a call from the district manager letting me know it was ready. Outside of the initial incident and taking such a longtime I am pleased that the company stepped up and took ownership of the situation to make it right. Originally I stated I would never use this company again... however the fact that the company was very professional in correcting the matter and actually was apologetic I will use them in the future. I think it was an honest mistake.

The comforter looked nice. It had never been laundered before or cleaned. They were very nice. The job was done when they said it would be done. They were very professional.

I was very impressed when the person at the cleaners was obviously intent on making certain she checked for any spots or problems. I felt that the cleaners would indeed do a professional job and indeed they did.
