Dry cleaning was of high quality; price was very competitive; staff was friendly and professional; home pick-up and delivery service is so convenient...I don't think I'll ever go back to a store!

They do an excellent job with the dry-cleaning; however, the attitude of the clerk is nothing short of 'snarky.'

I had recently moved to the area and thought this would be a good test to decide if the Dry Cleaner was good or not. I dropped off the clothes, told them what the stain was, and was told they would call when they were done. Stained clothes are not promised at a certain time and could take up to a week. They did not promise to remove the stain. When they called just two days later I was not hopeful. Sure enough, the stains remained on the clothes and I still had to pay $20. I took them home and treated them as I had the others, removing almost all traces of the stains. I cannot fault a dry cleaner that cannot work miracles. ie. if I can't remove the stain and he can't remove the stain, that's ok. But I shouldn't be charged $20 for something you failed to do and I can do at home. I'd be scared to take my other garments there, because they aren't knowledgeable or careful enough to do the job properly.

Their price is better. The quality of work is good. Their employees are friendly. The other dry cleaner I used to go, I used to come home with my clothes, with a lot of broken and missing buttons on my shirts. I used to come with damaged clothes and they were bit pricey. Classic is really different regardless of the work. I would recommend them to everyone. I would keep using them in future.

It went fine. The office staff are friendly and polite. My clothes are always done when I expect them to be. The price was high for what they did.

They need to keep their facilities free of vermin.

I THINK THE PRICE IS FOR 3 GARMENTS. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY DRY CLEANING TO THEM FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS.
