Quick install and looks great

I took my car in for an install of a remote starter. I parked my car in the parking lot at 9:30 am, two spots from the entrance. I picked up my car at 4:30 p.m. the same day. It was parked in the spot furthest from the shop and backed in. When I dropped my car off that day there were admittedly several small dents and scratches. However, there was NOT a dent in my front driver's seat door. I drove straight home and when I exited my car I noted a large dent down the side. I called the shop at 4:45 and they asked us to bring the car back in for their review. We took the car back at 5:20 p,m. We drove to no other locations in between. The manager on duty slipped out the back shop door without speaking to us or acknowledging us and we watched him go to my car. He came back in and confirmed there was a dent but his team didn't do it and was not responsible. Later he took pictures of the damage and told us he would be reviewing the camera feeds for the day. We asked to watch with him but he informed us he was too busy and did not have any time to review them then. He promised to go in on his day off, review the video and call on Monday. The call did not come. It was a windy day and admittedly another customer may have hit my car with their door. However, I expected a call back and now its been over a week and I still haven't heard anything! A few days after I emailed the company and still was not contacted. Poor customer service!

Left my car at 8:30 am at the Allisonville location January 23 to have a remote starter installed. They called a little after noon and said it was ready. However, I was told they didn't have the right module for it. For that reason you cannot unlock the car with the remote starter--only with the key unless you shut the car off first. At that point, you can unlock the car with the original car remote. Having to use two remotes in order to unlock the car remotely. They were going to change that and told me it would take only 15 minutes. At 4:30 pm, they told me they had to order another part that would be in in a couple of days. I never heard from them so I called, left messages on their phone, with others in the shop, even on Angie's List.

First, I brought in my truck and Jeep to have the windows tinted. This is a small business with a very professional and technically proficient owner and operator. Circle City Tinting prices were better than the 3 other competitors I checked and the quality of service was excellent. I also had Circle City Tinting come to my home to give me an estimate on home window tinting. They showed up on time with all the correct equipment to provide me choices and to conduct the estimate in a very professional manner. I again price shopped and the price could not be beat. The quality of work done on my home windows was fantastic and I really did not realize how much cooler my house stays in the summer! On average I save close to $80 a month on my electric bills. I strongly recommend Circle City Tinting!
