Response from Circle City Skylights and Roofing
[member name removed]: When I spoke to you and your roofer sometime back, you mentioned that you were in the process of having a new shake roof installed and wanted a price for a sun tunnel. Since we were working on a skylight project out of town, I told both you and your roofer that I needed to know the thickness of the shake so we could properly determine what type of sun tunnel we would need to quote. The office nor myself ever heard anything back from you. A return call to your roofer went unanswered. We would be glad to help you with your project but we need to do this in a better organized fashion. I think you can see from our other reviews that if the planning is done in properly, our customers are very happy with the results. We first need to set an appointment when all parties are available. We were never given the address, only that you live "near Castleton". We need to evaluate which product will work best with your situation and get the project priced out. Once we agree on that, we need to sign a contract and order the product. Then we need to get your project on our schedule. Due to workload, we are usually scheduling 3-4 weeks out. We are largely successful not only because of our employees, but also our planning of each project. When I spoke to you, you told us to "deal with your roofer". While there is a time in the project for that, there are several steps we need to finalize with a customer first. While we were unable to assist you on this project, we hope to work with you in the future. Circle City Skylights.
